Law on the amendment of the law on vocational training for higher education, the law of vocational training schools for higher education, law on media and journalistic school and the free-seat and grant laws of certain foreign students vocational education and training of professional qualifications ;

(Any changes due to the evaluation of the academia framework, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the field of vocational training for higher education, cf. Law Order no. 214 of 27. February 2013, the following changes are made :

1. § 3 ITREAS :

" § 3. Whereas the academics are responsible for the development of higher education and training on technical and mercantile professional areas, and to carry out practices and applications-oriented research and development activities and actively contribute to the new development of the system ; knowledge shall be made and put into operation both in the private and public sector. `

2. I § 4 inserted before paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

' Training studies must be based on research and development knowledge in the relevant fields and knowledge of practices in the professions and professions to which education is directed. ` ;

Paragraph 1-3 is then referred to in paragraph 1. 2-4.

3. I Section 4 (4). 1 , 1. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. TWO, ONE. rectangle, the words ' vocational training courses and after-and further training ' shall be replaced by ' technical and mercantile education '.

4. I Section 4 (4). 2, there will be paragraph 1. the words ' need for one or more of the higher-level technical and mercantile training ' and for one or more of the aforementioned training ' is replaced by ' the need for one or more of the above mentioned training ' ;

5. § 5 ITREAS :

" § 5. Whereas, based on its training offer in the technical and mercantile specialised areas, the profession must provide for the practical and application-oriented research and development activities in close interaction with the increasing labour market ; others the education and knowledge institutions and the surrounding society.

Paragraph 2. Research and development activities are aimed at providing new knowledge and concrete solutions to the challenges of the professions and professions to which the education of the profession is addressed. '

6. § 6 revoked.

7. I § 8 change ', development work and knowledge centre ' shall be replaced by ' and research and development activities ' ;

12. Section 14, paragraph 14. 1-5, ITREAS :

" The board consists of 9-13 members. The Management Board shall be grouqutogether in such a way that the majority of Members are not forthcoming. The absence of members of the training programmes and local and local authorities should include the members of the social partners on the basis of the training of the professional education and local and regional authorities.

Paragraph 2. The members of the Management Board shall contribute to the promotion of the vocational training of the vocational education and vocational training objectives of the training areas of vocational training, with their experience and technical knowledge in the technical and mercantile areas and knowledge of the labour market needs of persons who are offered on a vocational education. Incoming Members must be members with deep experience and insights in public and private enterprise, strategic management, organisation and economics, including the assessment of budgets and accounts.

Paragraph 3. Two members are elected by and among the students at the vocational school.

Paragraph 4. 2 members are selected by and among the employees at the business school. The members of the elected members are protected from dismissal and other deterioration in conditions in the same way as confidence representatives in the area or similar area.

Paragraph 5. The Management Board shall elect 1 President among the outside members, cf. paragraph 1. "

13. Section 14, paragraph 14. 7, revoked.

Paragraph 8 becomes paragraph 8. 7.

14. The headline before paragraph 15 is deleted.

15. ~ § 15 and 16 revoked.

16. I Section 19 (1). 4, no. 1, and paragraph 5, the words ', including the training courses carried out in the course of training, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. ONE, TWO. Pkton, ".

17. § 20 ITREAS :

" § 20. The Management Board shall, in accordance with the opinion of the principal, have at least one training committee for each training area. All basic studies and their associated training and training, which are approved for the work of the profession, must be associated with a training committee.

Paragraph 2. The training committees shall be responsible for advising the management board, the principal and the management of the relevant training area of the quality and relevance of education and training of society and of the regional training coverage. The Committee on Education shall be involved in the development of new and existing education and the development of new teaching and testing. In addition to its own operation, the Education Committee may advise on other issues relating to the training area. The Education Committee shall deliver the approval of the Management Board or of the Executive Board in accordance with : § 12, paragraph 1. 5, on the part of periods of study within the Committee's areas, which are specific to the institution of the Committee.

Paragraph 3. The members of the Committee on Education, together with the members of the Committee on Education, need to have experience in the field of education and training and the areas of employment which education gives access to. The Committee on Education and Education should be put together in such a way that it reflects the slowdown in the labour market and regional needs in terms of education.

Paragraph 4. Two members are elected by and among the students at the vocational school that are included in the committee's education area.

Paragraph 5. Two members are selected by and among the employees of the Committee of the Economic Area, which are mainly employed within the Committee's Education Area. The members of the elected members are protected against dismissal and other deterioration in conditions in the same way as confidence representatives in the area or similar area. ` ;

18. I section 24 (2). 2, change ' development work, knowledge-centre functions ` shall be replaced by ' research and development activities ' ;

19. § 36, paragraph. FOUR, TWO. and 3. pkt., revoked.

20. § 49, paragraph. 2, revoked.

Paragraph 3 becomes paragraph 3. 2.

21. The title before section 50 is deleted.

22. § § 50-55 revoked.

§ 2

In the law on higher education training schools, cf. Law Order no. 215 of 27. February 2013, the following changes are made :

1. § 3 ITREAS :

" § 3. Professional school schools have the task of developing and developing higher education, and to carry out practices and applications-oriented research and development activities and actively contribute to the creation of new knowledge and being brought into operation. use in both the private and public sector. ` ;

2. Section 4 (4). 1-3, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

" § 5. The vocational training school must be based on the educational outlook of practical practices and applications-oriented research and development activities in close interaction with the increasing labour market, other education and knowledge institutions, and surrounding communities.

Paragraph 2. The aim of research and development is to provide new knowledge and concrete solutions to the challenges of the professions and professions, to which professions school education are aimed at. '

5. § 5 a revoked.

6. I § 7 change ', development work and knowledge centre ' shall be replaced by ' and research and development activities ' ;

7. I § 8 (3) 1, ' engineering high schools ` shall be deleted ;

8. I § 10 deleted ' by section 50 `.

13. § 18 ITREAS :

The members of the elected members are protected against dismissal and other deterioration in conditions in the same way as confidence representatives in the area or similar area. ` ;

14. I section 24 (2). 2, change ' development work, knowledge-centre functions ` shall be replaced by ' research and development activities ' ;

15. The title before section 50 is deleted.

16. § § 50 and 51 revoked.

17. The headline before Section 52 is repealed.

18. § § 52-56 revoked.

19. The headline before Section 57 is repealed.

20. § § § 57-62 revoked.

21. The headline before section 63 is repealed.

22. ~ § 63-66 revoked.

23. I § 67, paragraph. 1 and 2, "§ § 38, 39 and 62" shall be replaced by : "§ § 38 and 39".

§ 3

In the law on media and journalism school, cf. Law Order no. 205 of 27. February 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I § 8 (3) 1, ' engineering high schools ` shall be deleted ;

§ 4

Law no. 1507 of 27. In December 2009, on free space and scholarship to certain foreign students in the field of vocational education and training, as amended by Section 5 of Act 5. 1373 of 28. December 2011, the following change is made :

1. I Section 1 (1). 1, and Section 2 (2). 1, no. 1, the words ', engineering high schools ` ;

§ 5

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2014.

Paragraph 2. For each business year, a temporary association committee setting out the rules of the Staff Regulations for the composition of the new boards shall be set up, cf. Section 11 of the law on vocational training for higher education.

Paragraph 3. The Committee of the Staff Regulations, cf. paragraph 2, shall be joined by the chairman of the sitting board, 1 Employee Representative and 1 student representative of the sitting board and two external parties designated by the Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education ; Preference from the President.

Paragraph 4. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education may lay down detailed rules for the reduction of the temporary status of the Staff Regulations and the tasks of the Staff Regulations, cf. paragraph Two and three.
