Publication of the amendment of the notification of water quality and supervision of water supply plants

(Simplified notification procedure)

§ 1

Notice no. 1024 by 31. October 2011 on water quality and supervision of water supply plants, as amended by Notice No 2 ; 1340 of 21. December 2011 and procladition no. 1277 of 12. December 2012, the following change is made :

1. Section 26 (1). 3, ITREAS :

" Stop. 3. The local authority shall send copies of the results of the supervision of the technical plant, cf. section 25, to the owner of the water supply plant. ` ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2013.
