Publication of the amendment of the notification of water supply planning

(Simplified adoption of amendments and additions to water supply plans),

§ 1

Notice no. 1318 of 21. December 2011 on the supply of water supply shall be amended as follows :

" § 7. Section 4-6 shall apply mutatis muctis to subschedules and on amendments and additions to adopted water supply plans, cf. however, section 7 (4). 2 and 8.

Paragraph 2. However, the Municipality Board may fix a period of at least 4 weeks for the presentation of objections to proposals for minor modifications and proposals for a minor supplement to already adopted water supply plans already adopted. In such cases, the City Board shall be able to target the consultation solely to directly affected persons, the water supply plants concerned, interested organisations and interested authorities. ' ;

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2013.
