Publication of the amendment to the recognition of professional qualifications and so on.

§ 1

Notice no. 575 of 1. June 2011 on the recognition of professional qualifications etc. shall be amended as follows :

1. Foot notation the title of the notice shall be replaced by the following :

" 1) The notice shall be part of Directive 2005 /36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7. September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications (recognition of the recognition directive), EU Official Journal 2005, nr. L 255, s. Directive 22, as amended by Council Directive 2006 /100/EC of 20. In November 2006, concerning the adaptation of certain directives on free movement of persons, because of the accession of Bulgaria and Romania, the EU-2006-2006. L 363, p. . 1. 1, and as amended by Council Directive 2013 /25/EU of 13. May 2013 on the adaptation of certain directives on the right to freedom of establishment and the freedom to provide services, due to the accession of the Republic of Croatia, the EU-Official Journal, no. L 158, s. 368. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2013.
