Publication of the amendment of the notice of employment and sickness benefits in the field of employment and sickness benefits

§ 1

Notice no. 209 of 1. March 2013, in the field of employment and sickness benefits, as amended by publication No 1. 335 of 22. March 2013 and Notice no. 423 of 29. April 2013, the following change is made :

1. After § 15 a will be inserted before the title before section 30 :

§ 15 b. The Employment Minister has authorised all job centres in accordance with the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 2 may derogate from the requirement in section 70 (3). 1, in the announcement of an active employment effort, the ratio between the number of employees with no pay subsidies and the number of employees with a payroll allowance and persons in business practices.

Paragraph 2. § 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2013.
