Law on the amendment of the university law, the law on vocational training and professional education, the law of higher artistic education institutions, law on marine training and the law of state adult education support (SVU)

(Mandatory enrollment to subjects and tests corresponding to a full year year, the elimination of the possibility of reporting from tests, the establishment of a better framework for merit at study visits in another institution or study shift and better tending between Education and training, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the university law, cf. Law Order no. 367 of 25. March 2013, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 623 of 12. June 2013, the following changes are made :

1. Section 5 (5). 1, no. 3, revoked.

2. Insert after section 5 :

" § 5 a. After students are admitted to a graduate student, the university can offer supplementary training, with a view to the students acquiring the necessary technical conditions for continued inclusion in education. '

3. I § 8 (3) ONE, ONE. pkt., the following shall be inserted after the ' access to and inclusion of training ` shall mean : `, including additional training activity, cf. § 5 a ".

4. I § 8 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new slices :

" Stop. 2. The Minister shall lay down rules for the enrollment and enrollment of students to the subject of training studies and tests in the case of individual bachelor and candidate qualifications, cf. Section 4 (4). 1, no. 1 and 2, including enrolment of undergrad studies and tests on candidate training.

Paragraph 3. The Minister shall lay down rules that pre-approved training elements subsequently implemented and passed replace part of the training (merit), including the fact that the university can obtain information from the student or other educational establishments in Denmark or abroad on training elements carried out. The minister also establishes rules that the completed and the training elements of an unfinished training are replaced by part of an education. `

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 4.

5. I § 18 pasted as paragraph 6 :

" Stop. 6. In exceptional cases, the student named President may accept changes to the Student Advance Student Decisions. "

6. I Section 19 (1). 1, the following shall be inserted after ' university ` : `, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 ".

7. I § 19 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. The minister does not grant grants to the university's tendering procedure for additional training activities after section 5 a. `

Paragraph 3-11 will then be referred to in paragraph 3. 4-12.

8. I Section 19 (1). 11, there will be paragraph 1. Twelve, change " paragraph. 10 ' shall be replaced by the following : 11 ".

9. I Section 26 (1). 2, the ' paragraph shall be amended 8 and 10 ` shall be replaced by the following : 9 and 11. "

10. I § 26 inserted after paragraph 1. 2 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 3. The university is holding the cost of complementary training activities to Danish citizens and to foreign nationals who are entitled to equality with Danish citizens, while the university requires full payment for the provision of this activity to others ; Foreign citizens. "

Paragraph 3-6 will then be referred to in paragraph 3. 4-7.

11. I Section 26 (1). 4, there will be paragraph 1. The fifth paragraph is replaced by paragraph 5. One to three : " One-four "," paragraph. Paragraph 1 and 3 shall be replaced by the following : Paragraph 1 and 4 ` shall mean : 10 ' shall be replaced by the following : 11 ".

§ 2

In the field of training and professional training, in accordance with the law of professional training and professional training, Law Order no. 467 of 8. May 2013, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 623 of 12. June 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 22 (2). 1, no. 4, the following shall be inserted after ' test and examination ` shall be inserted : ', enrollment and dispatch from samples `.

2. § 23 ITREAS :

" § 23. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education lays down rules that the training institution shall decide on the merit of the part of an education in the background of completed and proven training elements and employment, including that the educational institution may obtain information from students or other educational establishments in Denmark or abroad on the education elements and employment of the students.

Paragraph 2. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education lays down rules that the educational establishments must publish statistics on their meritoric practices. '

§ 3

In the law of higher artistic education institutions, cf. Law Order no. 465 of 8. May 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I ~ 10 (1)) 1, no. 1, after ' duration ` shall be inserted : `, including the enrollment of students for training elements and on the enrollment of undergrad students to training elements on a Candidate Education. ` ;

2. ~ 10 (1)) 1, no. 2, ITREAS :

" 2) Exclusions, tests and assessments, including the enrollment of students and enrolment from these. `

3. I § 10 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new slices :

" Stop. 2. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education lays down rules that the training institution shall decide on the merit of a part of an education in the background of completed and proven training elements, including that : the educational institution may obtain information from the students or other educational establishments in Denmark or abroad on the training elements of the training.

Paragraph 3. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education lays down rules that the educational establishments must publish statistics on their meritoric practices. '

paragraphs 2 and 3 shall then be set out in paragraph 1. 4 and 5.

4. I § 16 a (3) (a) 3, in the words ' 3, 6 and 7 ` are replaced by ' 3 and 5-7 `.

§ 4

In the law of maritime training, cf. Law Order no. 466 of 8. May 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I § 12, paragraph 1. 1, no. 2, the following shall be inserted after ' including ' means the addition of students to training elements, '.

2. I § 12, paragraph 1. 1, no. 4, the following shall be inserted after ' including ' : "enrollment to and reporting from samples,".

3. § 12, paragraph 1. 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education lays down rules that the training institution shall decide on the merit of the part of an education in the background of completed and proven training elements and employment, including that the educational institution may obtain information from students or other educational establishments in Denmark or abroad on training elements carried out. ` ;

4. I § 12 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education lays down rules that the educational establishments must publish statistics on their meritoric practices. '

§ 5

In the case of the State's adult education support (SVU), cf. Law Order no. 206 of 27. February 2013, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 274 of 19. March 2013 and Section 19 of Law No 639 of 12. June 2013, the following change is made :

1. § 8 (3) 2, no. 3, revoked.

Number 4 becomes the second paragraph. 3.

§ 6

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on the 15th. July, 2013, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. Section 1 of the law. 1-3 and 6-11, and section 5 shall enter into force on 1. September, 2014.

Paragraph 3. § 8 (3) 2, in the university law, as drawn up by this law's section 1, no. 4, and Section 2 of the law. 1, section 3, no. One and two, and section 4, no. 1 and 2 have effect from 1. July, 2014.

Paragraph 4. § 8 (3) 3, in the university law, as drawn up by this law's section 1, no. 4, and Section 1 of the law. 5, section 2, no. 2, section 3, no. Number three, and section 4, no. 3 and 4 shall have an effect on students seeking to be carried out from the year 2014-15 or later studies in the course of study to be carried out at the year 2014-15 or later.

§ 7

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
