We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.
The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :
§ 1
In the law on the payment rules for waste water supply companies, etc., cf. Law Order no. 633 of 7. June 2010, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 1149 of 11. December 2012 and Section 1 of the Law No 61 of 29. January 2013, the following changes are made :
1. § 2 (a) (a) FOUR, ONE. pkt., ITREAS :
" The water supply contribution shall be determined on the basis of water consumption and in accordance with section 3 (3). 1. "
2. I § 2 (a) (a) SEVEN, TWO. pkt., the words ' shall be a maximum of 30 times the variable cubic meter of the cubic meter and `.
3. § 2 (a) (a) 7, 5. pkt., ITREAS :
' The variable water-emission contribution shall be calculated as a water consumption multiplied by the authorised cubic meter rate in accordance with the amount of the waste water supply company, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1. "
4. I § 2 a pasted as paragraph 13 :
" Stop. 13. The Environment Minister may lay down rules on the specification of special contributions, cf. paragraph 9, concerning the requirements for the calculation of the size of the special contribution and on the delivery of this documentation. The Minister may also lay down rules on a trifle limit for the collection of specific contributions. `
5. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, ITREAS :
The ' waste water supply company shall fix the size of differentiated degressive cubic metric charges annually, depending on water consumption, as determined in accordance with the rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1. 4-7. If the waste water supply company chooses to make a firm contribution in accordance with section 2 (a) (1). 7, shall determine the amount of the waste water supply company annually the amount of the contribution. The cubic meter tariffs and contributions must comply with the price ceiling fixed for the waste-water supply company pursuant to section 6 of the rules governing the organisation and economic conditions of the water sector. The cubic metre rate and the flat-rate contribution of the waste water supply company shall be subject to the approval of the municipality management board annually in the municipality in which the waste water supply company is located. ` ;
6. I § 3 pasted as paragraph 4-7 :
" Stop. 4. The Environment Minister shall lay down rules on the fixing of the waste-water supply company by setting differentiated degressive cubic meter rates, which vary according to the size of the water consumption, cf. paragraph 1. The minister shall also determine the rate to be applied pursuant to section 2 (a) (1). Moreover, the Minister also sets out other rules that are necessary for the waste water supply companies to calculate water-wiring on the basis of the differentiated degressive cubic metric charges.
Paragraph 5. The minister may lay down rules on the sewage treatment of the waste water supply company on the basis of a cubic meter rate used regardless of the size of the water mark, for estates that have a permit pursuant to section 2 (a) (1). 3, for properties which have been reduced or exempted under Clause 2 (b) of real estate, from which there is no market under fair market conditions, including property with both housing and business, and properties where the owner is not in a timely manner ; the information required under the rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be that of : 4 and 6. The Minister may, in this respect, fix the differentiated cubic metric tariffs, cf. paragraph 1 and 4 shall not apply to those in 1. Act. the property referred to or that a water-diversion for one or more of the properties of one or more of the properties referred to shall be calculated according to the differentiated cubic meter tariffs, cf. paragraph 1 and 4, for part of the property water consumption, while on the rest of the water consumption of the property, a water-line contribution shall be calculated after the consumption of the property in 1. Act. the cubic meter rate mentioned.
Paragraph 6. The Environment Minister may stipulate that the owner of a property emits necessary information for the establishment of the waste-water supply company ' s cubic meter tariffs and the calculation of water-wiring contributions, including the requirement for disclosure, whether or not a property is used in market conditions, digital disclosure requirements for specific IT systems and requirements for the frequency of information, on the time limit for submission of information and procedures for : the submission of this information.
Paragraph 7. The Environment Minister may lay down rules on the obligation of the waste-water supply company to inform specific user groups about the obligation to provide information on whether or not a property is used for trade in market conditions. The Minister may also lay down rules on the establishment of the waste water supply company ' s preparation of the Staff Regulations and the fixing of tariffs and the approval of the municipal management board, cf. paragraph ' (1) and (2) within a time limit. ` ;
§ 2
Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on the 15th. July, 2013, cf. however, paragraph 1 Two and three.
Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 1-3 and 5, enter into force on 1. January 2014, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.
Paragraph 3. Waste water supplies shall be, in 2013, with effect on a per-year period. 1. January 2014, the amount of differentiated degressive cubic meter rates vary according to water consumption, as determined in accordance with the rules laid down in accordance with the provisions of section 1 (i). 6, mentioned provisions. The cubic meter tariffs and contributions must comply with the price ceiling fixed for the waste-water supply company pursuant to section 6 of the rules governing the organisation and economic conditions of the water sector.
