Publication of the amendment of the publication of grants etc. to private high school schools, student courses and courses for the preparation of the preparation (PG grant notice) ;

§ 1

Notice no. 731 of 29. June 2012 on grants and so on to private high school schools, student courses and courses for the preparation of the preparation (PG grant notice), as amended by the notice. 1016 of 25. October 2012 and procladition no. 1286 of 17. December 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I § 17 pasted as no. 8 :

" 8) the student or coupage of a high school full-time education, cf. Section 14, paragraph 14. 2, choose to initiate secondary full-time education at the same institution, and the institution assesses that it will significantly improve the ability of the student or coupage to complete the training. '

2. The headline paragraph 20 shall be replaced by the following :

' Documentation and review of the possibility of deviation of a derogation ' ;

3. Section 20 (2). ONE, ONE. pkt . is replaced by the following :

' An institution which uses a derogation from section 17-18 shall draw up a statement to the effect that the institution shall retain for a minimum of five years. ` ;

4. § 21 revoked.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August, 2013.
