Announceship notification of Notifications from the Maritime Maritime Agency A, Technical Technical Statement on the Working Environment of Ships

Notice no. 1246 of 11. In December 2009 on the communication from the Maritime Maritime Agency A, technical regulation on the working environment of ships, as amended by publication No 2 ; 817 of 30. June 2011, the following changes are made :
1. Inline ITREAS :
" In accordance with section 1, paragraph, 2 and 3, sections 3, 5, section 20, paragraph 20. 4, section 27, paragraph. 4 and section 32 (3). 8, in the law of maritime safety, cf. Law Order no. 654 of 15. In June 2010, which has been put into force for Greenland at device number. 71 of 29. January 2013, shall be determined :
2. Insert after section 3 :
" § 3 a. The obligations under this Regulation shall be borne by the shipowners, masters, working and other persons working on board. Where a person other than the shipowner is the employer, the obligations imposed in this statement are subject to the shipowner, the employer.
Paragraph 2. Where a document of compliance has been issued in accordance with the safe ship operation code to another organisation or person, the obligations imposed in this statement are obliged to the shipowner, the person concerned.
Paragraph 3. Issued by certificate in accordance with the Convention on Maritime Labour for a different organisation or person shall be the responsibility of the obligations imposed in this document to the shipowner, the person concerned. ' ;
3. I § 8 is inserted after ' § 3 ` : `, section 3 a, paragraph 3, ".
4. Chapter I, Section A, Regel 1, point. 2, and Section B, Rule one, point one. 2, ITREAS :
" 2 The obligations shall be the shipowners of shipowners, masters, workers and other persons working on board. '
5. Chapter II, Section C, Rule 6, point six. 17, ITREAS :
" 17 The list must be stored for 40 years. Issued by certificate in accordance with the safe ship operation code shall be retained by the certificate for which the certificate is issued. The list shall be sent to the Maritime Service by shipowners or the withdrawal of the certificate in accordance with the safe ship operation code. `
6. Chapter II, Section C, Exhibit 2, point. 17.3.10, ITREAS :
" 17.3.10 The message must include the signature of the company. Where a certificate has been issued in accordance with the safe ship operation code to another, the message must be signed by the certificate holder. '
7. Chapter II, Section D, Rule 1, point. 2, ITREAS :
" 2 It shall be borne by shipowners, masters, working leaders and other persons working on board. `
8. Chapter III, Section A, Regel 1, point. 2, ITREAS :
" 2 The obligations shall be borne by shipowners, masters, working leaders and other persons working on board to ensure that the provisions of this Title are followed. `
9. Chapter VII, Regel One, point one. 2, ITREAS :
" 2 It is the shipowners of shipowners, masters, working leaders and other persons working on board to ensure that the provisions of this chapter are followed. ` ;
10. I Chapter XI, Section A, Regel 1, point. 3, the words ' (hereinafter referred to as ' the ' shipotable ') are deleted ;

The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. August, 2013.
