Publication of the entry into force of the law on the amendment of the law on the charge of electricity, the law on the rent of general housing and the provision of the electricity supply (Free to net charge), including tax exemption for electricity produced from renewable ; energy plants ;

Under Section 5 of the law. 901 of 4. July 2013 on the amendment of the law on the tax of electricity, the law on rent, the law of the rent of general housing and the energy supply law (The Tenancy of Electrical Electrical Electrical Energy, including the exemption from excise duty on renewable energy-plants), shall be determined as follows :

§ 1. Law No 901 of 4. July 2013 on the amendment of the law on the tax of electricity, the law on rent, the law of the rent of general housing and the energy supply law (The Tenant ' s net option, including tax exemption from electricity produced on renewable energy-plants) are being put in Power.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August, 2013.
