In accordance with section 10 (4), Two, in Law No 618 of 12. June 2013 on the amendment of the law and various other laws (Pursuing voyage security requirements in Arctic waters, strengthening seafarers ' legal position by piracy, adjustment of ship registration rules, implementation of the Convention on Agreements ; in the case of the international carriage of goods in whole or in part to the sea, the implementation of the modification protocol to the Convention on Accountant Accuperation for pollution-related harm caused by the carriage of dangerous and polluting substances and the abandonment of the Scuba Council) ; be determined :

§ 1. § 2 and § § 5-8 of law no. 618 of 12. June 2013 on the amendment of the law and various other laws (Pursuing voyage security requirements in Arctic waters, strengthening seafarers ' legal position by piracy, adjustment of ship registration rules, implementation of the Convention on Agreements ; in the case of the international carriage of goods, in whole or in part to the sea, the implementation of the Convention on Accountant Accuperation for pollution-related harm caused by the carriage of dangerous and polluting substances and the abandonment of the Subcommittee), into force.

§ 2. The announcement will enter into force on the 20th. August, 2013.
