Completion of the period of provisional determination of a levy to finance initiatives to strengthen food safety and animal welfare

Purline 3, paragraph 3. TWO, TWO. pkt., and paragraph. THREE, TWO. pkt., in Law No 63 of 29. January 2013 amending the Law on Medicinal Products and Enforcement of Pharmaceuticals (Differentiated and increased charges in the negotiation of pharmaceutical products for the financing of measures to strengthen food safety and animal welfare) shall be determined :

§ 1. The period for the setting of tax to finance initiatives to strengthen food safety and animal welfare to 2.04%. the total volume of the products of the distributor and the pharmacist for the production of medicinal products for production animals shall be terminated by 31. August, 2013.

§ 2. The announcement will enter into force on the 23rd. August, 2013.
