Annunciation of the notification of energy labelling and the obligation to provide information concerning electric light sources for household use

§ 1. Publication no. 811 of 22. In August 2005 on energy labelling and the obligation to provide information relating to electrical light sources for household use are hereby repealed.

§ 2. Chapter 1-3 of the Notice Notice No 811 of 22. This August 2005 shall continue to apply to electric light sources which have been put into circulation before 1. September, 2013. However, this does not apply to electric light sources which have been placed in circulation or offered for sale, renting or rentals, with a purchase prior to the 1. September 2013, complying with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 874/2012 of 12. July 2012 on the development of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2010 /30/EU in relation to energy labelling of electric light sources and light matures.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. September, 2013.
