Completion of the on-line training of odontological practices

In accordance with section 2 (2), 9, and section 18 (4). 2, in the law of open training (professional adult education), etc., cf. Law Order no. 952 of 2. In October 2009, as amended by law no. 140 of 9. In February 2010 :

Chapter 1

The purpose of the training and so on.

§ 1. The purpose of the on-line training of odontological practice is to qualify students who have been able to perform independently of the training, the quality of development and coordination in the operation of a dental office and work tasks ; in the case of patient care in cooperation with dentists and dentists in the context of the authorisation law.

Paragraph 2. The training constitutes an independent rounded training program at the level of higher adult education.

§ 2. The training can be provided by institutions approved for this purpose by the Ministry of Research, Innovation and the Higher Education.

Paragraph 2. The training is set to a high school year equivalent to 60 ECTS points. A student year work is a full-time student's work for a year and corresponds to 60 points in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS point).

Paragraph 3. The training is a higher-level education training, which is offered as an open education and is organised, taking into account that students are employed. However, the training may be organised as a full-time teaching, cf. Section 2 (2). Seven, in the law of open education. The training shall be established in such a way that it can be completed within three years.

Paragraph 4. The training shall be established as a professional defined modules, cf. Section 2 (2). Three, in the law of open education.

Paragraph 5. The training shall be concluded no later than six years after the student has started training. The institution may be able to dispense with the dispensers from here.

Paragraph 6. The person who has completed the training has the right to use the name of the Odontological Practice label. The term of English is Professor Degree in Dental Practice.

§ 3. The Education Institute determines the number of students it wants to record, unless the Steward and Education Aid Management Board shall fix an annual minimum or maximum capacity for the absorption capacity.

Paragraph 2. The institution shall lay down the eligibility criteria for the selection of qualified applicants. However, the institution must not apply the drawing, age or gender as a selection criterion. The criteria must be made public.

Paragraph 3. The training must be announced in public.

Chapter 2

Accessing

§ 4. The training shall provide access to training :

1) Relevant vocational training.

2) Relevant basic training for adults (GVU).

3) High school education.

4) Other relevant training at least the same level as No ONE-THREE.

Paragraph 2. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience after successful training.

Paragraph 3. The institution may record applicants who do not meet the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. One, but from a practical assessment, it is estimated to have educational prerequisites that can be treated as a sibling.

Paragraph 4. Applicants alone with an access training, cf. paragraph 1, or alone with at least two years of professional experience, can be included in a professional module, cf. Section 5 (5). 1, but must have fulfilled the access requirements of paragraph 1. 1 and 2 in order to carry out a departure project.

Chapter 3

The content of the education

§ 5. The training consists of five modules on each 10 ECTS points, two of which are mandatory and three are electoral modules, and a 10-ECTS-point departure project.

Paragraph 2. The two mandatory modules are as follows :

1) Communication in the dental work, which will enable students to organise and implement appropriate communication with users of the dental, users ' families, colleagues and partners.

2) Service and quality development in dental clinics, which will enable students to organise, implement and evaluate appropriate initiatives to improve service level and quality in the dental practice.

Paragraph 3. Election modules, of which the student must choose three :

1) Administration and operation of dental clinics, where the student must obtain competence for independent personnel to carry out personnel management and operational tasks in the dental practice.

2) Oral health assessment and non-operative treatment, in which the student must obtain competence to assess and promote health and prevent disease in the mouth.

3) Protein, where the student must obtain competence for independent working tasks in the manufacture of solid and propial protetics.

4) Ortodonti, where the student must obtain the competence to perform the tasks of the planning and the performance of orthonoptic treatments.

5) Dental care where the student must obtain competence for independent working tasks in the context of health promotion, prevention and dental treatment of citizens with special needs, including citizens with different types of handicaps, chronic, The suffering, special social circumstances, etc. The students must be aware of the relevant legislation and have insight into the specific ethical dilemmas which may arise in the work on dental work for citizens with special needs and special conditions.

6) Implantology and surgery, where the student must obtain competence to perform independently the task of carrying out work tasks in the context of preparation and carrying out surgical intervention and implant treatments. The student must be able to work independently to plan and implement the quality assurance of clinical hygiene, to ensure efficient and efficient working methods of working environment and effective working methods in the field of oral surgical ; interventions in dentistry.

7) A module in the field of education from a secondary level of higher education after the institution's approval is given at the time of the institution.

Paragraph 4. Chapter 4

Learning Qualifications

§ 6. Education and training must be at least at the level of undergraduates-or professionsundergraduate training. Furthermore, in addition to pedagogical competence, the additions must normally be able to substantiate professional competence and / or professional competence.

Assessment

§ 7. Each module, cf. Section 5 (5). 1, end with a sample.

Paragraph 2. At least 20 ECTS points, including the graduating project, are assessed by remote censorship.

Paragraph 3. In assessing the departure project, an overall assessment of the written project and oral examination is given as a basis for the project.

Paragraph 4. Detailed rules for the tests shall be fixed in the study scheme, cf. § 8 (3) 2.

Paragraph 5. Incidentally, the notice of examinations and the degree in professional higher education (diploma notice) shall apply.

Paragraph 6. The same censorship is used as the centre for dental training and the clinical dental training.

Chapter 6

Other Rules

§ 8. The institutions providing this training together in the context of the notification shall be drawn up within the framework of the training in a study scheme.

Paragraph 2. The Study Scheme must contain rules concerning :

1) Each set of modules, cf. Section 5 (5). 2-3,

a) content,

b) the organization of the whole time and part time ; and

c) assessment, including internal or external assessment.

2) Develation of the departure project, cf. Section 5 (5). 4.

3) The teaching and working forms.

4) Transitional arrangements, cf. Section 9 (1). 3.

5) Merit, cf. ~ 10 (1)) 2.

Paragraph 3. In addition to the rules laid down in this notice, the rules of study shall be laid down in accordance with the examination notice.

Paragraph 4. It must be stated in the study of the study that the educational institution, where it is justified in exceptional circumstances, can dispense with the rules of the study, which alone is set by the educational establishments.

§ 9. Amendments to the study arrangements are made in cooperation between the institutions exploding institutions.

Paragraph 2. In substantial changes to the study arrangements, the institutions shall obtain the opinion of the representatives of the Member of the Council and the censorrotor, cf. The diploma notice.

Paragraph 3. The study system and substantial amendments thereto will enter into force at the beginning of the year and must include the necessary transitional arrangements.

Paragraph 4. Governing student schemes must be publicly available on the websites of the institutions.

§ 10. The supposed modules of the training of odontological practices in an institution equivalents equivalents in the corresponding educational parts of the other institutions providing training.

Paragraph 2. Paragraph 3. No merit can be given for the departure project.

§ 11. The institution is providing training and training training students and students.

Paragraph 2. The time limit for the submission of complaints in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 is 2 weeks from the date on which the decision was issued.

Paragraph 3. Complainas of samples follow the rules of the examination notice.

Chapter 7

Entry into force

§ 14. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. September, 2013.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 839 of 28. June 2010 on further training in odontological practice is hereby repealed.
