Definitions

§ 1. For the purposes of this notice :

1) Step 1 : water consumption to and 500 m³ per annum per year. Property.

2) Step 2 : water consumption over 500 m³ and up to and with 20 000 m³ per annum per year. Property.

3) Step 3 : water consumption over 20 000 m³ per annum per year. Property.

4) Property : a property being assessed as a unit under the law on the assessment of the country ' s fixed properties.

5) Commercial terms operating under market conditions : a company providing goods or services for remuneration. It is sufficient that the remuneration alone covers the costs of the goods or services.

Establishment of cubic meter tariffs

§ 2. A waste water supply company shall fix a cubic meter rate for each of the items in section 1 (1). 1-3 mentioned steps and then the variable part of the water-wiring contribution shall be calculated from the following 1. January. The water supply company shall fix the cubic meter rates for Steps 2 and step 3 as follows :

1) For stage 2, the cubic meter rate of 20% lower than the stage 1 rate of step 1, cf. However, section 14.

2) For step 3 the cubic meter rate is 60% lower than the steps 1, cf. However, section 14.

Calculation of properties from which only operating conditions are operated on market conditions

§ 3. In the case of properties, for which an activity is operated exclusively on market conditions and for which other information is supplied as specified in the registration scheme, cf. section 10-12, the waste water supply company calculates the variable part of the water-wiring as water consumption on each step multiplied by it in accordance with section 2 of the step fixed cubic metric rate, cf. However, sections 5 and 6.

Calculation of properties from which a partially operating profession operates on market conditions

§ 4. In the case of properties, for which it is stated that the operating conditions are partially operated and for which other information has been supplied as specified in the registration scheme, cf. section 10-12, including the expected proportions of the distribution of water between the market and non-market activity, the waste water supply company shall calculate the variable part of the water-wiring thus, cf. however, sections 5 and 6 :

1) For water consumption, for the part of the property where market conditions are operated, the water consumption is multiplied by the estimated proportionally distributed, see as well as described in a proportionate way. section 10-12, at the individual steps with it in accordance with section 2 for the step cubic metric tariff, and

2) in the case of other water consumption, water consumption shall be multiplied by the cubic meter in accordance with section 2 for step 1.

Calculation of buildings connected to a waste water purification supply company

§ 5. For estates which have a permit pursuant to the section 2 (a) (a) of the law. 3, calculate the waste water purification supply company the variable part of the water-wiring as water consumption multiplied by the cubic meter rate fixed under § 2 for Step 2.

Calculation of property in respect of which a reduction or remission of water consumption has been made

§ 6. Property, for which a reduction or remission of water consumption has been reduced in part or in part, for the part of water consumption not covered by sections 3, 4, 5 or 7. For the part of the water consumption where a reduction or exemption has not been reduced, the waste water supply company shall calculate the variable part of the water-wiring as section 3, 4, 5 or 7.

Calculation for other properties

§ 7. For properties which are not covered by section 3-6, the waste water supply company calculates the variable part of the water-wiring as water consumption multiplied by it under § 2 for step 1 cubic metric rate.

Properties with more than one customer number

§ 8. If information is provided under section 10-12 related to more than one customer number, the waste water supply party shall make water consumption of the property of the property of the given customer numbers overall when the variable part of the water emission contribution for the property is calculated in accordance with section 3-7.

Road Contributions for State Road

§ 9. When determining road contributions in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 (a) (a) of the law, 10 shall be used in accordance with section 2, the cubic meter rate of step 1 is used.

Submission of information for the calculation after Steps 2 and step 3

§ 10. Owners that want to calculate the variable part of the water-wiring, by step 2 or step 2 and step 3, cf. Section 3-6 shall indicate this using an electronic registration scheme published by the Natural Management Board on its website.

Paragraph 2. The National Administrative Board shall publish on its own website a deadline for sending a registration document, cf. paragraph 1.

Paragraph 3. The Wildlife Board shall ensure that they are ensured in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 received information in the enrollments submitted in a timely manner shall be available to the relevant waste water supply undertakings immediately after the expiry of the deadline, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 4. The waste water supply company shall use the information provided in a timely manner, cf. paragraph 1-3, in the calculation of sections 3 to 6, with effect from the first 1. January after the first paragraph of paragraph 1. the time limit referred to in (2) however, section 11 (1). 3 and section 12 (2). 3.

Paragraph 5. You, pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 and sections 11 and 12 submitted information shall be made available to the waste water supply companies, both accumulated year and year, as the information has been reported since the last enrollment period.

§ 11. If a property is created after it in accordance with section 10 (4), 2, the last time limit, and the owner wants to calculate the variable part of the water-wiring, by step 2 or step 2 and step 3, cf. section 3-6, the owner must indicate this using it in section 10 (4). 1 the registration scheme referred to by the National Administrative Board shall publish on its website.

§ 12. The owner of a property which has given the information referred to in section 10-11 shall, if the circumstances of the property full or partial use to be employed in the market, operating conditions, or conditions of the expected ratio of proportions ; in the field of water consumption between professions operating on market and non-market conditions, changes, as soon as possible, by means of an electronic scheme published on its website by the National Agency.

Paragraph 2. The Wildlife Board shall ensure that they are ensured in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 received information shall be available to the relevant waste-water supply undertakings immediately after receipt.

Paragraph 3. The waste water supply company shall use information transmitted pursuant to paragraph 1. Paragraph 1 and paragraph. 2, by calculation in accordance with section 3-6 with effect no later than 1. Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 13. The announcement shall enter into force on the sixth. September, 2013.

Paragraph 2. However, paragraph 9 shall enter into force 1. January 2014.

§ 14. In the years 2014-2017 cubic meter rates for stage 2 and step 3 have been determined in the years 2014-2017 cubic metres for the purposes of step 2 and step 3. § 2, as follows :

1) For 2014, the cubic meter rate for step 2 4% is lower than for Step 1 and for step 3 12% lower than for Step 1.

2) For 2015 the cubic meter rate for step 2 8% is lower than for step 1 and for step 3 24% lower than for Step 1.

3) For 2016, the cubic meter rate for step 2 12% is lower than for Step 1 and for step 3 36% lower than for Step 1.

4) For 2017, the cubic meter rate for Step 2 16% is lower than for step 1 and for step 3 48% lower than for Step 1.

§ 15. The waste water supply company shall prepare and transmit to the municipal management board at appropriate time and at the latest by 1. In December 2013, a payment statute, in accordance with the law and the notice. The local authority shall accept no later than 31 December.
