Publication of the amendment of the notification of grants to municipal wetland projects
§ 1
Notice no. 951 of 30. July 2010 on grants to municipal wetland projects are amended as follows :
1. All in the notice, 'Food business' is replaced by 'The Office of the Natural Business Authority' and 'Food Erk' to 'The Natural Business'.
2. All in the announcement, the "Forestry and Wildlife Wildlife Board" shall be replaced by the following : "The Board of Natural."
3. Section 1 (1). 2 ITREAS :
" Stop. 2. The purpose of the scheme is through installations of wetlands to improve the aquatic environment and nature by reducing the nitrogen load as laid down by the EPA notification on criteria for the assessment of municipal wetland projects for the individual Member States ; Water-landing countries. "
4. I Section 4 (4). 3, ' The Board of Directors ' shall be replaced by the ' Plant ' s Administrative Board `.
5. I Section 4 (4). 4, the words ' and the Directorate ' s Directorates ` ;
6. Insert after section 5 :
" § 5 a. Notwithstanding paragraph 5, paragraph 1. 3, if the National Services Board of nature considers that it may be rejected or partially rejected, the Management Board shall take a decision on any rejected or partial cover for applications.
1) the total estimated costs, or individual expenditure, are not reasonable ;
2) the expenditure is not eligible, cf. Section 13 (1). 3 and section 14 (4). 3,
3) the application is not sufficiently enlightened,
4) the effect of the project not adequately applied in order to achieve the purpose of the scheme, or
5) the effect of the project submitted is not proportionate to the overall estimated cost of the project. ` ;
7. § 7 ITREAS :
" § 7. Deposits to enquiries may only be granted to projects that meet the criteria set out in section 3 of the Ministry of Environment Public Health Assessment Criteria for the assessment of local wetland projects. `
8. § 8 ITREAS :
" § 8. Deposits to installations of wetlands can only be granted to projects that meet the criteria set out in section 4 of the Ministry of Environment Public Health Assessment criteria for the assessment of municipal wetland projects. ` ;
9. § 9 ITREAS :
" § 9. It is a condition of supplements for inquiries,
1) the enquiries shall be concluded before a date fixed by the Consertion of the Natural Acquisitions Agency and which may be amended in accordance with the application of the application, cf. § 15,
2) the tilashholder shall submit a payment request, all expenses supporting documents, the records of the payment, research reports and the opinion on the implementation of the Natural Business Authority in time, cf. 20, no. 3,
3) the payment requests made with the original accounting documents are kept available for at least five years from the date of final payment of grants,
4) to provide for the information requested by the Office of the Services of the Natural Safety Agency and of the Natural Administrative Board, and shall request that the case be

3) expenditure on which public aid or support is provided under other legislation ;

5) expenditure on research and technological development ;
6) financial and monetary institutional costs,
7) expenditure on purchases, renting and leasing of used equipment and used equipment ; and
8) expenditure in the form of benefits in kind referred to in Article 54 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2, 1974/2006 of 15. In December 2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). `

14. Section 14, paragraph 14. 3, ITREAS :
" Stop. 3. Advance to installations of wetlands may not include :
1) expenditure incurred by the FDA prior to the authorisation to implement the project in accordance with the said nature of the project, cf. Section 5 (5). 2, however, where such authorisation is not provided for the expenditure incurred by the tilaves prior to a grant of a grant ;
2) expenditure relating to activities such as the holder or an owner or tenant, of the areas of the project area, are required to implement in accordance with other legislation ;
3) expenditure on which public aid or support is provided under other legislation ;

5) expenditure on research and technological development ;
6) financial and monetary institutional costs,
7) expenditure on purchases, renting and leasing of used equipment and used equipment ;
8) expenditure on land works on forest areas and areas covered by the obligation of peace ; and
9) expenditure in the form of benefits in kind referred to in Article 54 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2, 1974/2006 of 15. In December 2006 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) 1698/2005 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). `
15. After section 18, the following Chapter 9 is added :
" § 18 a. The National Services Agency may reduce the total value of the eligible cost of a project if the Management Board considers that the EU procurement rules or the rules of the tender have not been complied with. The subsidy will be discarded from an assessment of the nature and causality of the infringement, and on the basis of an assessment of the financial loss for the European Rural Development Fund (EAFRL), which is considered to be associated with it. ` ;
16. Section 19 (1). 1, ITREAS :
" Stop. 1. The payment of grants shall be made on the basis of the project's responsibility for the payment of eligible project expenses to be substantiated. Applications for payment of grants shall be submitted to the Natural Business Authority in a special scheme and shall be accompanied by all expenditure annexes and the proof of payment. Schema is available through the Home page of the Natural Business Home page or www.vandprojekter.dk. "
