Executive order repealing certain regulations on shipping regulation



§ 1. The following regulations are hereby repealed: 1) Decree No. 190 of 8. July 1926 concerning the Rules for the Reassurance of the voyage in inland waters, 2) Decree No. 47 of 21. February 1940 on Danish Ships Sailing under War conditions, 3) Decree No. 57 of 27. February 1952 on the entry into force of the law on measures for shipping reassurance, 4) Decree No. 381 of 13. November 1952 concerning the continued validity of certain under the legislation concerning measures for shipping reassurance drew up rules, 5) release no. 10004 by 30. August 1974 on the lifting devices in fishing vessels and 6) vejledning nr. 9429 of 29. January 2003 on ISM certification in accordance with the code for the safe operation of ships (the ISM Code), as contained in IMO resolution a. 741 (18).

§ 2. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. October 2013.
