Chapter 1

Jagttegn

§ 1. The hunting license shall be issued by the Wildlife Board.

Paragraph 2. Jagters shall be offered annually to the persons who are included in the Jagger register and resident in Denmark. Persons admitted to the register but are not resident in Denmark may, upon request, obtain a hunting license.

Paragraph 3. The hunting register includes persons who have passed the hunting test, or within the last 10 years, have resolved hunting license, cf. however, paragraph 1 4 and 5 and Section 3 (3). 3.

Paragraph 4. Persons who have not paid for the hunting fee shall be deleted from the register in the last 10 years, subject to the register, cf. however, paragraph 1 5.

Paragraph 5. People who, pursuant to section 2 (2), The Danish hunting party shall be entitled to be eligible for hunting in the hunting year and shall be deleted from the register at the end of the hunting year for which the hunting party is applied.

§ 2. People resident abroad, in Greenland or in the Faroe Islands, may, on application, have issued a Danish hunting party if they are in possession of valid hunting parties or similar persons providing access to hunting abroad, in Greenland or in the Faroe Islands. The application must be carried out via the hunting time home page.

Paragraph 2. Chapter 2

The test sample.

§ 6. Persons wishing to acquire hunting duties shall, if they are not included in the nature of the natural management register (The hunting party register), cf. Section 1 (1). 3, pass the game test.

Paragraph 2. For persons resident abroad and who are not included in the Jagger's register, the rules shall apply in section 2.

§ 7. The purpose of the hunting test, including the target of the shotgun, is to ensure the legal basis for the pursuit of the pursuit in Denmark, including a correct and secure arms handling, and to support that hunting is a basic understanding of and knowledge of Nature and game management.

Paragraph 2. The Jaggers who have permission to go hunting shall :

2) have a basic understanding of the relationship between hunting and feral management,

3) have a thorough understanding of the habitat requirements for habitats, the biological basis of the hunting and the natural and wild-end care ;

4) may inherit the wildlife in the field, including selected non-hunting species,

5) understanding the importance of bulledistances, could be judged correctly, and could demonstrate safe arms management in practice,

6) be able to document target range of shotguns, including in order to minimise the number of anders that are minimized ;

7) have knowledge of relevant weapons and munitions,

8) be aware of wild-handling in practice, including the gazing of wild game, in order to ensure good food hygiene ;

9) be aware of hunting ethics and etiquette, as well as the hunter's responsibility towards other natural users, etc.

10) have knowledge of the fields of use of different hunting dogs,

11) have knowledge of effective hunting techniques and management in practice so that the hunting party can plan and dismande an effective and secure pursuit of different wild tarts.

Paragraph 3. The test shall be tested for the test expert appointed by the Fish and Wildlife Wildlife Board.

§ 8. Persons with permanent residence in Denmark may enter the hunting test to be held each year in the 15. April-30. June (first trial period) and 15. September-31. October (second trial).

Paragraph 2. The test for the hunting test requires the hunting of the hunting probes to be registered for a mandatory hunting course course, cf. § 11. The watch test shall include a written and practical test. In order to pass the test, the aspirant has passed both the written and the practical test. The written test must be passed before the practical test is made.

The written test

§ 13. The written test shall be asked to highlight the competences of the aspirant in the areas listed in Annex 1. The written test must be passed before the practical test is made.

The practical test

§ 14. The practical test shall include :

1) arms handling during ferryment in terrain,

2) weapons-processing in the case of fire-off and

3) assessment of the distance to game characters.

Paragraph 2. In order to pass the practical test, the aspirant is required to show a discretionary and proper handling of the weapon by the sucka competent authority. Shotgun test

§ 15. Hunting with shotguns may only be carried out by persons who :

1) has passed the shotgun range ; or

§ 16. The shotgun pelts are being held by the Danish Jægerfederund. The test experts shall be designated by Denmark ' s Jægerfederund according to the rules laid down by the Wildlife Board.

Paragraph 2. Enrollment to a shotgun shoot will be digitally available to Denmark's Jægeralliance via "My hunting license."

Paragraph 3. Before enrolling in the shotgun target practice, a sample fee of 200 DKK shall be paid to the FDA. Payment will be made by means of payment cards through "My hunting license" or using an OCR line that appears in "My hunting license".

Paragraph 4. Registration must be done at the latest by 9 p.m. 12 the day before the test.

Hagltrigger test and content

§ 18. The Aspirant shall appear at the site at the site of the test site no later than half an hour before the time of the protractor is enrolled. Paragraph 4. The test expert shall issue a test certificate if the trainee has issued a shotgun target practice and has passed.

After the imposition of the test

§ 21. Immediately after the practical test ends the test expert the individual cadets, whether the hunting test has passed.

Paragraph 2. Aspirants consisting of the written but not the practical sample may enroll in further one practical test within the same test period. Enrollment shall be made by the payment of the fee referred to in section 8 (5). In addition, the aspirant must select the time and place for the submission of a new practical test. Only one practicable test can be submitted to each. Day. Chapter 3

Mandatory hunting hound course and hunting hound villagers

§ 22. The mandatory hunting trip course shall include training in the areas listed in Annex 1.

-23. Persons who teach mandatory hunting-hunting courses (hunting hound villagers) shall have valid hunting license and have obtained the right to hunt with a shotgun, cf. Chapter 2.

Paragraph 2. In the light of the participation in one of the Fish and Wildlife Training Course, the hunting crew shall be approved by the Fish and Wildlife Exhibit and graduated in accordance with the approval of the law. Annex 2.

Paragraph 3. The approval of hunting-hunting teachers is valid for five years at a time. The nature of the natural authority may be revalidated that the hunting party master will take part and pass a new approved course, cf. paragraph 2, or that they shall pass and pass the one in paragraph 1. Chapter 4

Rifle sample

§ 24. Hunting with the hunting rifle may only be exercised by people who

1) have passed the rifle sample according to the rules laid down in this chapter and which has endorsed the hunting license for hunting with hunting rifle, or

2) without commandeer the rib test has been granted the right to the authorisation of the rifle hunting on the hunting sign in accordance with the rules in force.

Paragraph 2. The rib test may be made by persons who have passed the shotgun test, cf. in Chapter 2, or which have obtained the right to hunt with a shotgun in accordance with the rules in force.

Paragraph 3. Proof of the sample of the rifle sample is in the remaining part of the hunting year in which the sample has been passed, siding with the endorsement referred to in paragraph 1. 4, provided that it is brought together with the hunting fit for the purpose of the pursuit of the riffle hunt.

Paragraph 4. When the Wildlife Board has received notification of passed the rifle test, cf. Section 29, the board gives endorsement of the hunting license for future hunting year for hunting with the hunting rifle.

Paragraph 5. People resident abroad, in Greenland or in the Faroe Islands, and who can document the permission of the relevant national authority to carry out hunting with hunting rifle abroad, in Greenland or in the Faroe Islands, by issuing a Danish national authority. hunting license, cf. Chapter 5

Buywatch test

If a cadet has not selected time and place before the specified date, the Fish and Wildlife Board shall designate at least 14 days ' notice a specified location and time of the bus or security test. It is incumbable to familiarance yourself with the "My hunting license".

Paragraph 4. Aspirants prevented from meeting to report to the test through the "My hunting license" at the latest at the latest. 12 the day before the test. If no notification is made in a timely manner, the right to audition during the relevant trial period shall be suspended. When a test sample is enrolled in a later trial, new charges shall be paid.

Paragraph 5. Acquisitions in good time shall be provided by ' My hunting hens ' may choose the time and place for the deconstruction of the bulklock watch. § 36. Before the test is taken, each aspirant must show photo identification with its social security number for the expert. In addition, the aspirant must show a valid Danish hunting license.

§ 37. The store watch shall include a written and practical test. In order to pass the test, the aspirant has passed both the written and the practical test. The written test must be passed before the practical test is made.

§ 38. The Aspirantes are called to the abomyance of the bulb watch in teams.

Paragraph 2. The written test shall be held in a position of positions. The practical test probes the cadet individually.

Paragraph 3. The Aspirant will bring the bow and arrows to which the sample is paid.

Paragraph 4. When the test is carried out, the arc and arrow shall be used which meet the requirements laid down by the notice of firearms and ammunition for hunting and so forth, shall apply to the hunting of wild game or the training effort that corresponds to that.

Paragraph 5. The bus check test may not be used to make provision for a distance assessment.

The written test

§ 39. The written test shall be asked to highlight the knowledge of the proventurer ' s knowledge of the buehunt and the special rules applicable to it, including :

1) the wild bows which must be hunted during buehunt,

2) the hunting test principles for the pursuit of buehunt,

3) security during the pursuit of buehunt and

4) other relevant hunting legislation.

Paragraph 2. The aspirators must not include auxiliary means, including cell phone, at the test.

Paragraph 3. The questions are thus designed that each question must be answered by means of crushing.

Paragraph 4. The test consists of 20 questions to be answered in no more than 20 minutes. In order to pass the test, no more than 10% of the questions may be answered incorrectly.

Paragraph 5. The test expert shall inform each of the probes immediately after the written test of the written test is passed on.

Paragraph 6. If the written test is not a bestseller, the re-examination of the bullet-watchwatch test may not be carried out at the earliest during the following period after notification, cf. § 35, paragraph. 2. This requires participation in a compulsory bus-hunting course within the one in section 34 (2). 1. Period of validity.

The practical test

§ 40. In order to pass the practical test, the aspirant is required to show a security sound handling of the arch and at the shooting of one arrow each of 6 wild-figure shapes in a wood zone (heart / pulmonary region), which is of a minimum size, are drawn on the characters so that it is not visible to the aspirant.

Paragraph 2. For the purposes of a person, the skin of the arrow shall be affected as a minimum, and shall be affected by the introduction marking the cardiovas/cading region.

Paragraph 3. The test expert shall determine whether the requirement laid down in paragraph 1 is to be determined. 1 for passed test has been met.

Paragraph 4. The test expert must suspend the conduct of the practical test, if it is clear that the aspirant is after the rules set out in paragraph 1. One-three, I can't pass the test.

After the buyout test,

§ 41. Immediately after the practical test ends the test expert the individual cadets, whether the bus watch has been passed.

Paragraph 2. Aspirants composed of the written but not the practical test may, within the same test period, be subject to any further practical tests against the payment of the fee laid down in section 35 (3). TWO, ONE. Act.

Paragraph 3. The test expert shall issue a test certificate if the aspirant has taken the bus check and has passed.

§ 42. Regardless of the period of two test periods in section 31, the person who has passed the bus check may be registered only within five years by the practical test with another type of archer. The rules in section 35, paragraph 1. 2-5, section 36, section 38 and section 40 shall apply mutatis muth.

Period of validity

§ 43. For persons who have taken the test period during the first trial, the test shall be entitled to hunt for five jagtyears from 1. The year of the year the test has been made. For persons who have taken up the bus watch during the second trial, the sample shall be entitled to the hunting year of the hunting year and in the following five hunting years. The Wildlife Board shall sign the hunting sign that the buehunt is permitted, including with the type of archaetypes.

Paragraph 2. Permission to continue the chase after the period of validity of the duration requires that the practical part of the bus or security test, cf. § 40, replaces and bestsellers. The Board of Natural Management notices a renewed enrollment to the archer test for the individual bus service before expiry of the five-year period of validity.

Paragraph 3. Persons not within ten years from the date of the alleged bus watcher have passed a new practical test of the type of archer concerned shall be given a new licence for buehunt, cf. Section 32 (1). 1. Before re-authorisation can be issued, a new bus or security check shall be issued in accordance with this notice.

Paragraph 4. Proof of the butch-watch test is in the remaining part of the hunting year in which the sample has been passed, siding with the endorsement referred to in paragraph 1. 1, provided that it is brought together with the hunting fit for the pursuit of archaehunting.

Chapter 6

Reporting of wild yield

§ 44. Jaggers who have permission to go hunting shall no later than 31. In March, at the end of a hunting year, reporting to the Natural Agency, how much they have lost in the past year's hunting year. This is done by :

1) the ferrous yield which has been forwarded to the next hunting year for the settlement of the hunting license, cf. Section 4 (4). 1, completed, signed and submitted to it on behalf of the National Wildlife Board, even if the game yield has been 0, or

2) the yield yield shall be reported to the natural authority via " My hunting license ", as specified in the game-yield scheme, provided that information is submitted.

Chapter 7

About my hunting license.

§ 45. Jagttegnsjustifies and hunting hens who are reported by an approved hunting hound training instructor, cf. § 8 (3) 2, have access to "My hunting sign" on a citizen .dk or through the Home page of the Natural Type. Access to "My Huntsman" requires NemId.

Paragraph 2. Jagttegblers, cf. Section 2 resident abroad, in Greenland or on the Faroe Islands has no access to "My hunting license".

Insurance

§ 46. At the same time, the person who solves the hunting license shall draw up a liability insurance covering the responsibility for which the parties concerned may be incurred or in immediate connection with the pursuit of any damage caused by the grant of fire.

Paragraph 2. The insurance policy shall at least satisfy the conditions laid down in Appendix 3 of the notice. Insurance undertakings providing insurance of the nature of this type shall be notified to the Natural Management Board on the insurance conditions.

Paragraph 3. The National Board of Natural Management has entered into a collective agreement with Danish Jvigilance A/S, after which the annual premium of 35 cranes collected by the Natural Agency, together with the hunting fee, assumes the replacements to which the hunting device may have been charged ; be responsible for, cf. paragraph 1.

Paragraph 4. A hunting party who does not wish to draw the liability insurance in Danish JInsurance A/S may be repaid the paid premium for Danish Jvigilassurance A/S by sending out evidence that the person concerned has drawn one in another company. Insurance of the kind referred to in paragraph 1. 2.

Chapter 8

Information to be used and the rules on the hunting of hunting and buyersaries

§ 47. A person approved by the Natural Management Board to hold hunting party course or bus or bus vigilability shall be regarded as a service provider. The beneficiary shall mean anyone who participns in or wishes to participate in a hunting party or bus-hunting course covered by Section 8 (3). 2, or § 34.

Paragraph 2. The provider of hunting time course or bus or bus vigilance shall inform officials of the emergency contact information to the Natural Management Board or to the electronic contact point of the Commercial and Growth Department (single-box contact), cf. Section 16 of the Single Market Services Act.

Paragraph 3. The information must be made available or made clear and unequivocal and in good time before the conclusion of the contract or the completion of the service if no written agreement is available.

§ 48. The Office shall determine and publish case dates for the approval of hunting and bus services providers in accordance with Article 8 (3). Article 34 (2) or Article 34 (2). 2. The deadline runs from the date on which the applicant has submitted all the information it falls to it to submit.

Paragraph 2. The period laid down in paragraph 1 1 may be extended once, if the complexity of the case justifies it. The FDA shall justify the extension and duration of the extension and shall notify the applicant before the expiry of the time limit laid down in paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 3. Where the Fish and Wildlife Office has not taken and informed decisions before the end of the time limit laid down in paragraph 1 1 and 2 does not mean that the applicant may see the application in favour of the application.

§ 49. When the FDA receives an application for approval, the FDA shall send a receipt to the applicant as soon as possible, with information on :

1) the published deadline for the decision and the possibility of extending the time limit once, cf. § 48, paragraph. 1 and 2,

2) the applicant may not consider the application for approval for accommodate, even though the decision has not been taken and notified before the expiry of the deadline, cf. § 48, paragraph. 3, and

3) redress.

Chapter 9

Pensation and appeal

$50. In exceptional cases, the nature of the natural authority may make exceptions in section 4 (4). TWO, TWO. pkt., section 6 (4). Paragraph 1, section 8, paragraph 8. Paragraph 1, section 8, paragraph 8. 2 (as far as the reporting period) is concerned, section 8 (4). 4 (in the case of registration period), section 10 (1). 2, section 13 (3). 6, section 18 (2). 2, section 21, paragraph. TWO, FIVE. pkt., section 27, paragraph. 2, section 35 (4). 1 (in the case of the reporting period), section 35 (1). 2 (as far as the register is concerned), section 35 (1). 4, SECTION 36, 2. pkt., and section 39, paragraph 1. 6.

§ 51. Decisions of the trial syndication in accordance with section 13 (2). 5, section 14 (4). Three, section 20, paragraph 20. 2, section 21, paragraph. Paragraph 1, section 29, paragraph. 3, section 39, paragraph. 5, section 40, paragraph. 3 and section 41 (4). 1, may be made by the aspirant to the Fish and Wildlife Wildlife Board.

Paragraph 2. Decisions on sections 16 and 25 may be made by the applicant for the Office of Natural Disements.

Paragraph 3. The time limit shall be four weeks from the date on which the decision has been issued. If the time limit expires on a Saturday or a holiday, the deadline shall be extended to the following daily life.

§ 52. The decisions of the nature of the nature of the nature of the nature of the nature of the nature of the natural power shall not be complained to another

Chapter 10

Punishment and entry into force

§ 53. Unless higher penalties have been inflished on any other law, the penalty shall be penalised by the penalty which :

Paragraph 2. The sentence may rise to prison for two years if the infringement has been committed intentionally or by gross negligence and if there is a breach of the infringement proceedings ;

1) caused significant damage to the interests of the law to protect, cf. Section 1 (1) of the law. 1, or called danger, or

2) obtained or intended for the economic benefit of the person concerned himself or others.

Paragraph 3. Companies can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.

§ 54. The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. September, 2013.

Paragraph 2. Until 1. In January 2014, hunting tests shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable rules in the date of publication no. 1272 of 17. December 2012 on hunting license.

Paragraph 3. Aspirants reported to be audited for the purposes of the hunting test, cf. § 8 (3) 2, during the second trial period in 2013 and which does not pass the written or practical test sample, will be offered to take the test before the end of 2013.

Paragraph 4. Section 49 shall not apply to applications for permits submitted to the Natural Board before 28. December, 2009.

Paragraph 5. People who, before the 19th. In December 2012, a certificate of arson shall be able to use the evidence in two consecures following the following test periods after the 19. December 2012. People who have passed on the written bus watch, but not the practical bus watcher before 19. In December 2012, for two consecution test periods after the date of entry into force of the notice, go to practical test.

Paragraph 6. Publication no. 1272 of 17. December 2012 on hunting hare is repealed.

Appendix 1

Mandatory hunting hound course

The purpose of the mandatory hunting trip course is to ensure that the aspirins have a broad knowledge of the hunter's craft and have an understanding of hunting and mismanagement. In addition, the intention is that the aspirins can handle a hunting weapon in a safe manner in all situations, including training and hunting, and has the necessary theoretical knowledge of the bulletin of hunting.

The emerges must include, among other things, knowledge of how to make the stock and terrain care, and how to learn to hit with its weapon, including how to adapt and shoot weapons. In addition, the Aspirants must be aware of how to deal with decommissioned and to shoot wild.

The mandatory hunting course consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. For part of the subject matter, it will be possible and appropriate to combine the theory and practice.

The mandatory hunting course course must take the theory behind the topics described in the guidelines for what is asked about questions in the written part of the hunting test. 3-Arms and ammunition and furs. 9-Rendition (how do you learn to frame).

In addition, in theory and in practice, in 1) secure weapons service, including in the case of ferryment in terrain, 2), the correct range of target practice, including the placing of a shot to a minimum of 50 clay pigeons in various directions, 3), and 4) ; a demonstration of hailfire on various distances, including test shooting.

In addition, the mandatory hunting trip course must react the theory behind the topics described in the guidelines for what is asked about questions in the written part of the hunting sample. 2-Wildlife management, furtive. 6-Handling of degrading game and furtive. 7-Jagtetics and etiquette. The theoretical teaching of these issues can be combined with a practical education.

The theoretical part of the mandatory hunting course course must be carried out at a physical appearance at a minimum of two days and be at least five classes of 45 minutes per hour. Day. The practical part of the mandatory hunting trip course must take place on an approved firing range. The practical part of the mandatory hunting trip course must take place over a minimum of two days at a minimum of five classes of 45 minutes per hour. Day. The Aspirant must have the gun physically in the hands of several laps of the day. The total mandatory hunting course course must include theoretical and practical training for at least four days. There is no impediment to the dissesion of more than the minimum number of classes per minimum, and thus having a smaller number of lessons per day. Education day. Appendix 2

Mandatory course for hunting hound villagers

According to section 23, paragraph 1. 2, the holding of mandatory hunting party course requires that the hunting party master has taken part in a course approved by the Fish and Wildlife Board and has passed an examination on the basis of such training.

The purpose of the course is to dress the hunting hound villains to teach the hunting parties of the mandatory hunting trip course, cf. Annex 1.

The course shall contain at least the following elements :

Relevant pedagogical methods for the purposes of training for hunting and hunting methods, including the focus on how the theory and practice can be combated.

Review the relevant legislation, cf. Annex 1.

Review the course of the hunting test.

Review of the other competences covered by the mandatory hunting trip class, including proper and safe firing techniques, which also have the emphasis on the need to learn to hit.

Scheduling of the educational process, including methods for handling hunting hens of hunting plants, with readable problems.


Appendix 3

Conditions for liability insurance

Purpose of the section 46 (6) of the notice. The following conditions shall be met by issuing policies of liability insurance to cover for damage caused by bulletin under or in the immediate end of the hunt.

1. Scope of insurance

The insurance covers the liability of the insured liability, that is to say. the hunting party, the holder, is to be incurred ;

1) by firing a shot during the hunt, that is to say. in the pursuit of wild game,

2) by firing the gun / buen intentionally discharged under such a hunt or in the immediate connection with the opening or closure of the hunting.

The insurance covers damage caused in Europe, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland. However, outside Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland are covered only to the extent that the insured person is not covered by other liability insurance, specifically designed to cover the risk of hunting.

In Denmark, the non-residents of the hunting country are not covered, in the case of damage caused outside Denmark, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

2. Insurance sums

The insurance covers a per. an insurance undertaking until

a) 10 million. DKK for personal injury, no matter how many persons are injured by the same fire or the same firing of firearms or firearms ;

b) 2 million. DKK for the second injury, including on animals and things, irrespective of the number of a single incident.

3. Except Risk

The insurance doesn't cover the safety of the safe.

a) any injury to animals or items secured by the owner ' s express or tacit approval have in its possession,
