Appendix 1

Publication of the amendment of the award of grants to social and unifying youth organisations, as well as guidelines for initiating initiative,

§ 1

Notice no. 810 of 29. June 2011, on the grant of grants to the social and unifying youth organisations, as well as guidelines for initiative support, the following changes shall be made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" Purline of section 4, paragraph. Two, in Law No 696 of 25. June 2010 on the encoding of profits from lottery and on horses and dog betting, and after the approval of the TipSunJuvenile Board, '

2. I § 12, paragraph 1. 1, no. 1, inserted after "Know" : "personal".

3. I § 16 the following shall be inserted after ' own financing ' means : ', administrative conditions `.

4. I Section 18 (2). 1, no. 1, inserted after "Know" : "personal".

5. The heading for Chapter 7 the text shall be replaced by the following : ' Infinement arrangements `

6. I Section 31 (1). 1, is inserted after 1. Act. :

' The allocation shall be made on the basis of an assessment of the viability of the organisations and their ability to comply with the requirements of Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. `

Two. Point. then becomes 3. Act.

7. I § 40, paragraph. 3, no. 3, the ' target group ` shall be replaced by : ' applicant '.

8. Appendix 1 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. September 2013 and has effects from the year 2013.
