Executive order amending Executive order on out notarial activities
In executive order No. 1555 by 18. December 2007 about out notarial activities, as amended by Decree No. 839 of 6. July 2011, is amended as follows: 1. Pursuant to section 7 shall be inserted: ' article 7 (a). The notary may permit companies and other legal persons (company, etc.) are covered by a system according to which notary businesses relating to the company, etc. can be carried out on the basis of a signature sample from the drawing legitimate or otherwise by the company, etc., authorized persons (names signatures).
(2). Request to be covered by a scheme as referred to in paragraph 1 shall be submitted to the notary and must contain information about the closer needs to get out notarial activities carried out on the basis of a name signatures, including the extent of expected out notarial activities per year. The request must also contain information about the persons to be covered by the scheme.
(3). The drawing legitimate or otherwise authorised persons for the companies, etc., covered by a scheme as referred to in paragraph 1, shall sign a name signatures against allowance of identity to the notary, see. section 7, paragraph 1, and shall authorize the notary to certify the documents signed by the person concerned.
(4). A name signatures are valid for two years, unless the notary has set a shorter period of validity. '
section 2 of the notice shall enter into force on the 1. October 2013 and has effect for out notarial activities, to be held on the 1. October 2013 or later.
