Publication of the calculation of consumer prices and so on medicinal products

In accordance with section 44 and section 72 (2), 2, in the case of apothecary, cf. Law Order no. 855 of 4. August 2008, as amended by law no. 465 of 18. May 2011 :

Chapter 1

Pharmaceuticals reserved for medicinal products, etc.

§ 1. The consumer price for medicinal products, but not medicinal products covered by section 4 or Chapters 2, 3, 4 or 5, shall consist of the register price in section 2, as well as any fees, cf. ~ § 14 and 15. ~

§ 2. In the case of the distribution of medicinal products, the register price shall be calculated by reference to the award of the medicinal product in paragraph 77 of the medicinal product in the case of the pharmacist wrapping (excl. VAT) to add the following amounts, cf. however, paragraph 1 2 : 9,1%. of the apothecary purchase price + 9.46 kr., cf. however, paragraph 1 3-6.

Paragraph 2. The Ministry of Health and Prevention may, in specific cases, reduce the register price of medicinal products delivered by the State Serum Institute or Veterinary Institute, Denmark's Technical University, and for blood products from private producers of equivalent, such as the blood products of the State Serum Institutions.

Paragraph 3. In the case of the processing of medicinal products for medicinal products and joint medical supplies in hospital departments, hospices, prisons and arreshases, drug and non-alcoholic users with an attached physician and the sickbay, the register price is calculated, except those in paragraph 6 cases referred to in paragraph 77 of the medicinal product referred to in Article 77 of the medicinal product referred to in the case of the medicinal product. wrapping (excl. VAT) to add 3%. of the apothecary purchase price + 40,00 kr.

Paragraph 7. In the negotiation of a medicinal product that forms part of a multipacking, exclusively marketed to veterinary use, the register price is proportionate from the register of the multipaca price, cf. paragraph One, three, five and six.

Paragraph 8. In the negotiation of a medicinal product which represents an inner gasket produced by the fragmentation of a veterinary pharmacovigilance, the register price is proportionate from the register price of the storage unit, cf. paragraph One, three, five and six.

Niner. 9. For the first paragraph, 1-8 obtained amounts are added tax.

§ 3. The Board of Health shall publish the register price for medicinal products calculated in accordance with section 2 (2). 1, as well as the registerprice per dose pharmaceutical unit in accordance with the dose derogation, cf. § 17 in Pharmaceutical Prices.

The consumer price for medicinal products which are not included in the price of medicines and which are issued under special authorisation from the Board of Health shall be determined in accordance with the rules laid down in § § 1 and 2. Instead of the apothecary purchase price referred to in section 2, by reference to the section 77 of the medicinal product, it shall be used by a manufacturing or wholesale price per unit. wrapping incl. any fees determined by the manufacturing or wholesaler.

Paragraph 2. The consumer price for medicinal products, which are subject to section 56 (3). 4, in the case of apothecary establishments, must be subject to pharmacies to pharmacies, to be laid down according to the rules laid down in § § 1 and 2. Chapter 2

Non-apothecary reserved hand-the-counter medicinal products

§ 5. Chapter 3

Medicinal products for production animals

§ 7. The sale price for medicinal products intended for the processing of production animals under the Title 60 (60) of the medicinal product (s). 3, may be negotiated outside the pharmacy, to be determined by the pharmacy or a sales point approved for the negotiation of such medicinal products, cf. -Yeah.-Yeah.

Chapter 4

Magistrelt manufactured medicinal products

§ 8. The Afreing price for the Magistrelle medicinal products shall be determined against the background in the production costs, cf. paragraph 2, as well as a reasonable margin of profit.

Paragraph 2. Production costs are related to fixed as well as variable costs and covers, inter alia, ingredients, including pharmaceuticals and formulants, preparation / mixture including, in particular, special conditions, equipment for preparation, quality control, packaging, shipping and expedition / administration.

§ 9. The Afreing price for the use of the medicinal product shall be treated as equivalent to the section 77 of the medicinal products of the medicinal product, in respect of the supply to the consumer, cf. § 10, too.

§ 10. The consumer price of the magic-relle medicinal products shall consist of the settlement price, cf. § 8, which shall be used as a basis for calculation after paragraph 2 (1). 1, 3, 5, 6, 9 and 10, and Reception fees, as of section 20.

Chapter 5

Dosisdispensed medicinal products

§ 11. In the case of an apothecary reserved medicinal product, the consumer price is calculated from the number of pharmaceutical units delivered to a price corresponding to the cheapest registerprice, cf. § 2, pr. the medicinal product of the medicinal product on the market of the medicinal product on the market. Paragraph 2. § 12. On dose dispensation, prescribed by a doctor, the consumer price includes a fee for the prescription dispensary (dose expedition fee) on DKK 9,50, excl. VAT on the expedition of medicinal products for a week's consumption and a fee for the pharmacy carrying out the dosispak (dosispasc fee) on DKK 35,00, excl. VAT, for the packaging of medicinal products for a week's consumption.

Paragraph 2. The fee is not paid after ~ § 14-16.

Paragraph 3. The receptionist dispensary calls for dose expedition charges and dosispee charges from the patient with deduction of any pharmaceutical supplements, cf. the notification of medicinal supplements for dose-dispensed medicinal products. The receptionist dispensers shall charge the dose fee fee without any deduction of any medical supplements to the pharmacy which has carried out the dose dose, cf. § 13.

§ 13. In the case of trade in dose-dispensed medicinal products, cf. Paragraph 2. Chapter 6

Fees for the pharmacy

Paragraph 2. The Reception fee is $8.00. excl. VAT.

§ 15. In the case of the processing of medicinal products in which a pharmaceutical pre-med pharmacist is to be finalised before the medicinal products are ready for extradition, a fee shall be calculated for each wrapping (pre-processing fee).

Paragraph 2. The completion fee amounts to 17.50 kr. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 3. Medicinal products covered by paragraph 1. 1 and 2 are listed in Annex 1.

§ 16. On an expedition of a prescription prescribed by phone conferred on a fee for the overall coordination (telephone receptionist).

Paragraph 2. The phone reception fee is $10,00. excl. VAT.

§ 17. In the case of an expedition under the watchdog or to call duty, between 6 p.m. 8:00 p.m. and at 3 p.m. 8:30 on Saturday, however, from 9 p.m. A fee for the overall expedition (on-call charge), and on a son and public holidays, shall be paid to the general public.

§ 18. In the case of delivery and the second shipment of medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated in accordance with section 2 (2). 1 and where unpaid application is not prescribed in accordance with the notice of the opening hours and watchkeeping of the apothecary, shall be accorded a fee (application fee).

Paragraph 2. The application fee shall cover the actual costs incurred by the application and shall constitute a minimum of 12.00 kr. excl. VAT, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 and 4.

Paragraph 3. In the case of a supply of medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated according to section 2 (2) 1, to the residents of institutions, each person shall be given a fee of EUR 10,00 kr. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 4. In the case of a supply of medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated according to section 2 (2) 1 and where the medicinal products are put through home care for persons in their own homes, each person shall be charged a fee of DKK 10.00 kr. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 5. In the case of the shipment of medicinal products purchased at e-commerce, the fee shall be at least 15,00 kr. and a maximum of 30,00 kr. excl. VAT provided that payment takes place in cash, cf. Section 20 (2). 4, and that delivery cannot be required on the same day (transit charge at e-commerce).

§ 19. In the case of unloading of the handling of hand-purchase products from a pharmacy, a fee of 2,40 kr is attributed to a fee. excl. VAT per Transit.

20. For the collection of payment for medicinal products, where the price of the consumer is calculated according to section 2 (2). 1 and where not paid in cash on delivery, the total amount of the account shall be a fee (administrative fee).

Paragraph 2. The administration fee is $15,00. excl. VAT.

Paragraph 3. Administration fee as referred to in paragraph 1. 1 and 2 may not be required to be subject to a maximum of a monthly basis at the time of each customer.

Paragraph 4. As a cash payment, payment cards are considered to be paid over the Internet.

§ 21. In the case of an expedition of medicinal products covered by Chapters 1, 4 and 5, no other charges may be levior other than those referred to in section 14 to 20, unless separate rules have been laid down for this.

Paragraph 2. ~ § 14-20 shall not apply to the expedition of

1) medicinal products covered by Article 60 (2) of the medicinal product. 2, unless these express their post-prescription or requisition,

2) medicinal products for the treatment of production animals covered by Article 60 of the medicinal product. 3, and

3) Natural medicinal products and other medicinal products covered by Article 34 of the medicinal product.

§ 22. In performing service tasks and the execution of health promotion and disease prevention, a fee, for minor reasons of particular reasons, shall be subject to a charge (service charge).

Paragraph 2. The service fee must at least cover the costs of running the task.

Paragraph 3. In the case of dose dispensation that is not prescribed by a doctor to consumers, other than persons, institutions and establishments, who, as part of patient care, rescue services or similar use of medicinal products for the treatment of patients, charges of service charges corresponding to the amount of the fees provided for in § 12.

-23. For the fees referred to in section 12, section 14-20 and Section 22, VAT is added.

Chapter 7

Afretion on the delivery of medicinal products from pharmacy

§ 24. At the time of the apothecary, with a manager of a handover sale at the delivery of consignments from the pharmacy, the manager shall be granted a fee of 4.80 kr. excl. VAT per dispatch, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

SECTION 26. Payment for medicinal products supplied from pharmacies to the manager of small-time purchasers and medical deliveries shall take place no later than one month after the end of the month in which the shipment has taken place. However, the pharmacist may, in exceptional cases, decide that the payment should be made in cash. In the case of late payment, the rules applicable in the interest of interest on late payment, etc.

Chapter 8

Penalty provisions

§ 27. The penalty shall be penalised by the penalty which is in breach of section 2, section 4-6, section 8-20, section 21, paragraph 1. 1, and § § 22-26.

Chapter 9

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 28. The announcement will enter into force on the 14th. October 2013.
