Publication of the amendment of the notification of the criteria for the assessment of municipal wetland projects

§ 1

Notice no. 853 of 30. June 2010 on criteria for the assessment of municipal wetbasin projects shall be taken as follows :

1. § 4, Rough. 1, no. 1, ITREAS :

" 1) the project area is situated in sub-water countries with nitrogen reduction targets as set out in Appendix 1, adopted and published state water plans or municipal action plans. `

2. As Annex 1 the following Annex I shall be added to this notice.

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 9th. October 2013.
