Notice of authorization to the limited interpretation in accordance with the law on interpretation for persons with hearing impairment

Pursuant to § 2 (2) and section 10 (a), paragraph 2, of the law on interpretation for persons with hearing impairment, see. lovbekendtgørelse nr. 927 of 3. July 2013, fixed: § 1. Aid in accordance with §§ 2-10 shall be granted to citizens who are covered by the common interpretation solution, see. § 9.

(2). The aid shall be granted on the basis of a concrete application from interpreting the user to interpret the authority. In connection with the application, the user must specify which vendor is desired for the specific activity, as well as the length of time interpretation is needed.

(3). It is the interpretation authority, which shall take a decision on interpretation in accordance with §§ 2-10, see. Article 11, paragraph 1. Interpreters authority will inform the supplier about the interpretation, the meaning of interpreters selected. Article 11, paragraph 2. Interpreting user ordering even interpreter based on interpreting the decision referred to in article 6. Article 11, paragraph 3.

(4). An appropriation for a year can cover a coherent interpretation course, which goes beyond the calendar year.

(5). It is a prerequisite that interpretation cannot be given after the second law, including general education and Health Law, see. § 1, paragraph 2.

§ 2. Within an annual envelope of EUR 3 million. KR interpretation shall be granted by the participation in larger private celebrations, such as weddings, christenings, communions, round birthdays or similar.

§ 3. Within an annual envelope of 0.4 mio. KR interpretation shall be granted by participating in events in the wake of a funeral.

§ 4. Within an annual envelope of 0.3 mio. KR interpretation shall be granted by private health services as birth preparation, physical therapy, ultrasound scan or similar.

§ 5. Within an annual envelope of 2.0 million. KR interpretation shall be granted by participating in disability policy work, as well as international sports competitions abroad.

§ 6. Within an annual envelope of EUR 3 million. KR interpretation shall be granted by participating in recreational activities in a season.

§ 7. Within an annual envelope of 0.2 million. KR interpretation shall be granted for DeafBlind people, in need of deaf-blind interpreting under escort to and from an activity which is granted interpretation.

§ 8. Within an annual envelope of 0.4 mio. KR interpretation shall be granted to the deaf parents who need an interpreter in relation to their children.

§ 9. Within an annual envelope of 0.2 million. KR interpretation shall be granted in connection with various sudden relationship, which not only can be covered by time Bank, see. § 12. Assignment of support after this pool happens only in exceptional cases. The award of the support is done as a starting point only for a shorter period, except in case of exceptional circumstances, where there is no opportunity to provide help for other rules.

§ 10. Within an annual envelope of 0.3 mio. KR interpretation shall be granted for up to 5 hours daily for each student in connection with interpreting at social activities on professional rusture in connection with the start of study in higher education. Within the same annual framework provides interpretation for up to 5 hours three times per year in connection with participation in social activities, such as parties or similar, on higher education.

§ 11. Applications under section 5 shall contain information on the activity as well as the costs of the interpreter's fees and travel expenses.

(2). Applications under section 6 shall contain information about the provider and activity as well as assessment of how many hours of interpretation, there is a need in the course of the entire season. The interpreters provider that will supply the interpretation under section 6, shall be elected for the entire season.

(3). Interpretation pursuant to section 10, paragraph 1, shall, as far as possible, be carried out using the same interpreter, which provides interpretation into the professional parts of rust impure.

§ 12. The notice shall enter into force on 10 June. October 2013.

(2). At the same time repealed Executive Order No. 402 of 22. April 2013 on concession-limited interpretation in accordance with the law on interpretation for persons with hearing impairment.
