Publication of appropriation-limited interpretation after the interpretation of the interpreting for persons with hearing disability
In accordance with section 2 (2), 2, and section 10 (a) (a), 2, in the act of interpreting persons with hearing disability, cf. Law Order no. 927 of 3. July 2013 :
§ 1. The aid in accordance with section 2 to 10 shall be granted to citizens covered by the common customs solution, cf. Section 9 of the law.
Paragraph 2. The aid shall be granted on the basis of a specific application by the interpreters user to the customs authority. In connection with the application, the user shall indicate which supplier is desired for specific activity and the length of time in which it is needed.
Paragraph 3. It is the customs authority that makes a decision on interpreting after Section 2-10, cf. Act 11, paragraph 1. 1. The customs authority shall inform the selected interpreter supplier for the interpretation, cf. Act 11, paragraph 1. 2. The interpreter user orders themselves interpreters in the light of the decision of the customs authority, cf. Act 11, paragraph 1. 3.
Paragraph 4. An appropriation for one year may cover a coherent interpretation process that extends beyond the calendar year.
Paragraph 5. It is a precondition that interpreting cannot be provided under other legislation, including the People's Information Act and the Health Act, cf. Section 1 (1) of the law. 2.
§ 2. Within an annual frame of 3 million. DKK the interpretation shall be given by participating in major private parties, e.g. wedding, christening, confirmation, round birthdays or the like.
§ 3. Within an annual frame of 0.4 million. DKK the interpretation shall be given by participating in arrangements following a funeral.
§ 4. Within an annual frame of 0.3 million. DKK the interpretation shall be given in the case of private health tenders such as birth preparation, physiotherapy, ultrasound or similar.
§ 5. Within an annual framework of 2.0 million. DKK provision shall be made for the participation of disabled persons in the field of disability, and international sports subpots abroad.
§ 6. Within an annual frame of 3 million. DKK the interpretation shall be granted for the participation of leisure activities during a season.
§ 7. Within an annual frame of 0,2 million. DKK the interpretation shall be given to deaf-blind persons who require deaf-blinding interpretation during the consignment to and from an activity to which the interpretation has been provided.
§ 8. Within an annual frame of 0.4 million. DKK the interpretation shall be given to deaf parents who need an interpreter in relation to their children.
§ 9. Within an annual frame of 0,2 million. DKK the interpretation shall be granted in connection with various emergency conditions which cannot be covered solely by the timebank, cf. Act 12. The allocation of aid after this pot is only done in exceptional cases. The allocation of aid is based on only a shorter period of time unless there is absolutely special conditions in which there is no possibility of providing assistance in accordance with other rules.
§ 10. Within an annual frame of 0.3 million. DKK the interpretation shall be provided for up to five hours daily for the individual students in the case of interpretation by social activities on professional routes in the field of higher education. Within the same annual framework, the interpretation shall be granted up to 5 hours three times a year in the context of participation in social activities, e.g. parties or the like, in higher education.
§ 11. Applications for section 5 shall contain information on activity and expenditure on the salaries and travel expenses of the interpreter.
Paragraph 2. Applications for section 6 shall contain information on the provider and activity, as well as assessment of the amount of hours of interpretation needed during the whole season. The customs supplier who will deliver the interpretation after Section 6 is selected for the whole season.
Paragraph 3. Interpretation in accordance with section 10, 1, point, shall as far as possible be done by the use of the same interpreter, which provides interpretation for the trade union parts of the route.
§ 12. The announcement shall enter into force on 10. October 2013.
Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 402 of 22. April 2013 on appropriation-limited interpreting for the right of interpreting for persons with hearing disability.
