Publication of compensation payments under the State for the compensation of the State to the victims of crime

Under Section 9 a law on the compensation of the State to the victims of crime, cf. Law Order no. 688 of 28. June 2004, cf. § 15, in the Act of liability for damages, cf. Law Order no. 885 of 20. September 2005 shall be determined :

§ 1. In accordance with paragraph 9 a in the Act on the compensation of the State to victims of crimes, damages are adjusted for damage to the cause, cf. section 3-4 of the law, in accordance with the rules laid down in Section 15, in the Act on liability.

Paragraph 2. After paragraph 15, paragraph 1. 1, in the Act of liability, some of the Act of the Act shall be governed by the amount of 2,0%. the adjustment percentage laid down for the financial year in question, cf. Act of a rate adjustment percentage. The resulting amounts shall be rounded off to the nearest 500 delegate crown.

Paragraph 3. The adjustment rate for the 2014 financial year is -0,2, cf. § 2 of Notice no. 1046 of 21. August 2013 on the rate adjustment percentage, the rate of adjustment and the rate of satadjustment, and the amount of the fiscal year of the financial year 2014.

§ 2. With effect of injury, which is caused during the period 1. January 2014-31. In December 2014, it is in the section 9 of the law, $122,500.

§ 3. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2014.
