Publication of the amendment of the executive order for biogas plants and so on.

§ 1

Notice no. 293 of 27. March 2012 on subsidies to biogas plant and so on, as amended by the notice No 501 of 30. May 2012 and procladition no. 806 of 17. July 2012, the following changes are made :

1. § 29, paragraph. 1 ITREAS IS TO BE

' Payment of grants shall be made on the basis of the account of the attribution of the subsidy to the eligible expenses incurred. The payment of grants must be submitted in a special scheme and shall be accompanied by all expenditure annexes and the proof of payment. Schema for payment request is available on the Home Page's Home page or available by inquiries to the Benefit Board of Natural Acquidition.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 15th. October 2013.
