Publication on the derogation from risk-based supervision of establishments with recognised health and safety certificates

Purses of section 72 a, paragraph 2, and Section 73 of the Work Environment Act, cf.. Law Order no. Seventy-seven of seven. September 2010, as amended by law no. 597 of 14. June 2011 and Law No 356 of 9. April 2013 :

§ 1. Entities which have been granted a recognised work environment certificate in accordance with the rules laid down in Chapter 11 a of the law on the working environment and rules issued in accordance with the rules laid down in Chapter 11 shall be exempt from risk-based inspections in accordance with section 72 (a) (1). Paragraph 1, in the law on the working environment.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. November, 2013.

Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 1186 of 8. December 2011, on the exception of risk-based supervision for companies with a work environment certificate.

Paragraph 3. Publication no. 1186 of 8. December 2011 on the exemption from risk-based supervision of establishments with a working environment certificate shall continue to apply to undertakings which have received a health certificate before 1. November 2013, in accordance with the law on the work environment certificate to companies and on state grants to companies with certificates and rules issued under the law.
