Appearance of eligibility requirements for seafarers and fishermen and on seafarers ' and qualifications certificates
In accordance with section 18, section 19 (1). One, section 20, section 25 b, paragraph 1. Paragraph 1 and 2, and section 27 (2). 3, in the law of ship crew, cf. Law Order no. 168 of 27. Definitions and endorsements
§ 1. The following words and expressions must be understood as specified :
1) The STCW Convention refers to the International Convention on the training of seafarers, on seafarers and on watchkeeping, to the extent that it applies to the areas concerned, taking into account the transitional provisions of Article VII and Regulation I/15 in the Convention and, where applicable, the applicable provisions of the STCW Code, in its up-to-date version.
2) The STCW F Convention refers to the International Convention on the training of seafarers, on seafarers and on watchkeeping personnel in fishing vessels, in its up-to-date version, to the extent that it applies to the areas concerned.
3) The STCW Code is the meaning of the STCW 1995-Conference of the Conference of the Parties. 2 agreed code on seafarers, on seafarers and watchkeeping, in its up-to-date version.
4) The length (L) of fishing vessels is defined as 96%. of the total length of a water line at 85%. the minimum depth (moulded) measured from the end of the line or as the length from the front of the bow to the axis of the rudder's axis, if the length is the largest. In ships with strength of strength, the water line on which the length is measured shall be parallel to the design waterline or in accordance with the Communications Management Board (EF) or F.
5) The purpose of the duallland is combined with the service of the combined deck and service.
6) A seafarship ' s certificate shall be defined as a certificate issued and endorsed to masters and officers and GMDSS radicoperators and to provide seafarers ' rights under the rules laid down in Chapters II, III and IV of the STCW Convention. In addition, certificates have been issued to masters, officers and radio operators in fishing vessels and certificates issued to ship drivers and managers in recreational craft and certificates issued pursuant to section 62 (2). 1.
7) A certificate of qualification is defined as proof, except for a certificate of certification, stating that the requirements for training, competencies or schedules in accordance with the rules of the STCW Convention have been fulfilled, as well as reward in motor-care provision.
§ 2. Eviction certificates and qualifications shall be endorsed by rules and restrictions under the STCW Convention and the STCW F Convention. Evidence can also be endorsed with titles listed in Annex 1. Evidence is endorsed deruover by person name and cpr. number or date of birth.
Chapter 1
Commercial ships
Daemon, masked and unit crew
On service as a sailor, chainman and ship-sistent
§ 3. Persons to serve as a sailor, chainman and ship-sistent, must meet the following conditions :
1) An unsafe haule or unsafe engine man or unsafe vessel must have completed the basic class of ship ' s training course or carried out the basic course of the fishing industry ' s basic course, course in the fire prevention class in ships and course, tanker operations for oil, chemical and gas tankers, in accordance with the case of the ship ' s gas and gas tankers. STCW Convention Regulation V/1 -1, paragraph 2.2, and Regulation V/1 -2, paragraph 2.2.
2) A beta matros, the father chaperone or the hazard of the ship ' s assistant shall have :
a) performed the service of untenable matros, unsuccessful engine man or unsafe ship sassier in 18 months of seagoing commercial ships of 20 or more gross tonnage of 20 or more, and completed ship ' s sister-site training module ;
b) performed service as a unsafe vessel assistant for 12 months documented by an approved training book in seagoing commercial ships of a gross tonnage of 20 or more and have completed ship ' s high level agent ' s final module ;
c) completed ship sassistic training for persons with a wrench.
Paragraph 2. People who are after 31. December 2016 shall serve as the hazard of the hazard, the father of the motor or the ship ' s assistant shall be in possession of a certificate of qualification such as the ship ' s vessel ' s assistant.
Paragraph 3. Persons who have completed ship-proof training for persons with a Swedes must, after 31, must be completed. December 2016, a service which has been performed unsuccessful for 12 months in order to design the ship as a ship's assistant to the ship.

§ 4. In ships registered in the Danish Internationally Ship Registry, the Maritime Authority may allow persons who document to have completed an approved basic training that satisfies the requirements of the rules of the STCW Conventions V/1 and the section A-VI/1 of the STCW Code. Section 2, whether "Basic Training" may serve as a deck of deck, machine and unit personnel if they satisfy the following conditions :
1) An unperilous sailor, unsafe engine man or unsafe vessel assistant shall have completed service as a sailor, motorman or ship-sistent in seagoing vessels for 12 months.
2) A beta matros, a major engine man or a bested ship ' s assistant shall have completed service as a sailor, a motorman or as a ship ' s sistent in seagoing ships for 36 months.
Paragraph 2. Documentation as referred to in paragraph 1. 1 for STCW Regulation VI/1 and the sections of the STCW Code, Section 2 of the Code, shall be issued by a State to which the Maritime Maritime Service is recognized.
Paragraph 3. By the one in paragraph 1. 1 approved basic training shall be understood to mean that the IMO Maritime Safety Committee has indicated that the evidence-issuing country by its information material to the IMO has shown that it has fully implemented the STCW Convention.
Subject to the certificate of qualification as a ship's assistant
§ 5. For the acquisition of qualification certificates as unsafe ship-sistent, they are required to have a full 18-year period and is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service to which the seafarship gives the right, including its own ; Skipped to the lookout and either completed
1) ship sassistic training ' s basic module ; or
2) the basic course, course of the fire fighting in ships and course in basic service operations for oil, chemical and gas tankers in accordance with the case of fire control. STCW Convention Regulation V/1 -1, paragraph 2.2, and Regulation V/1 -2, paragraph 2.2.
Paragraph 2. The format requirements for qualification certificates as unsafe ship-sistent can be shown in Appendix 3.
§ 6. In the case of certification of qualification of the ship's certificate, the person concerned requires that they are 18 years old, in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service to which the proof is entitled, including the ship for the purposes of which : looking, has valid guardroom certificate and either to satisfy
1) the provisions of section 3 (1). 1, no. 2 and paragraph 1. 3, for the design of a ship ' s ship ' s vessel, or
2) the conditions for the design of a model as a hazard, or a motorman, and subsequently acquired a period of time as a haemon or a father of the engine for at least 12 months and has carried out an approved training of farne sailors, or surveyed motormen to the ship ' s vessel ' s assistant, including the acquired three months of the vessel, documented in an approved training book as part of this training of sailors or engine men for ship sasists.
Paragraph 2. Requirements for qualification certificate as a hazard of the ship-sistent can be shown in Appendix 4.
Solar certificates etc. to navigators
§ 7. In addition to the requirements for the acquisition of seafarers ' certificates, as stated in the individual evidence,
1) is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service to which the seafarship is entitled, including the ship for the lookout ;
2) have valid certificate as a radio operator in the GMDSS (GOC or ROC),
3) is of the grace and not under the guardianship of the host ' s section 5 or under the guardianship of the guardianship of the guardianship of section 7 ; and
4) where nothing else has been mentioned, acquired the prescribed seagoing service of seagoing commercial ships of a gross tonnage of 20 or more.
§ 8. The acquisition of duelititude in the voyage of merchant ships shall be required to have valid guardship certificate, have passed the duelivity test for commercial ships, acquired three months of service at the service of the tyre service and either :
1) have completed the basic module of ship sassistic training,
2) the basic course, course of fire control in ships and course in basic tankers ' operations for oil, chemical and gas tankers, in accordance with the case of the fire control. STCW Convention Regulation V/1 -1, paragraph 2.2, and Regulation V/1 -2, paragraph 2.2,
3) ship-sister-proof training for persons with a wrench ; or
4) has acquired a total service time of 12 months in the service of the tyre service.
§ 9. For certification of seafarers as a grandmother, they are required
1) meet the conditions for the acquisition of duelibility certificate in the voyage of trade ships and
2) has acquired 18 months of service at tyre service.
§ 10. For the acquisition of evidence as the officer in charge, starlet of two. level, 3. level and 4. the degree to which the person concerned
1) as basic training,
a) have completed the basic module of ship sassistic training and then acquired 12 months of seaage as the strength of the quarterly of an approved training scheme ;
b) have completed the vessel ' s primary module for a period of 18 months and shall have valid guardship proof,
c) have successfully completed the ship ' s certificate of completion of ship ' s training, of 15 months and shall have valid guardship proof ;
d) meet the conditions for the design of the ship as a ship ' s master, a period of 12 months as a ship ' s master and shall have valid guardship or security,
(e) have completed the course of internship as a student on an approved training for ship officer or navigator,
2) in relation to training book and speed ;
a) either by an approved training book, that the training under the under No the speed of the period referred to in the first paragraph is satisfactory or
b) has acquired a total period of 36 months in the service of the tyre service, and
3) has passed
a) the inshore ski degree when issuing a certificate of strength of 4. degree,
b) Junior officer-in-service as a naval officer or completed training to the quartermaster at the issue of proof of duty officer duty,
c) The high degree degree in the issue of certificate as a quarterman of 3. severity, or
d) the master ' s master ' s master or senior officer shall be the ship ' s chief or master at the issue of the issue of a certificate of strength of 2. degree.
Paragraph 2. For the acquisition of evidence as the officer in charge of duty and as the quarterman of the 2nd. and 3. to a degree 12 months of the paragraph in paragraph 1. 1 prescribed seagoing time was acquired in ships with a gross tonnage of 500 gross tonnage or more, 6 months in ships outside of coastal voyages.
Paragraph 3. Persons meeting the requirements for examination in paragraph 1. 1, no. 3 (b) and (c) and which satisfy the requirement laid down in paragraph 1. 2 with the exception of the speed-ahead requirement, the transferee may acquire evidence as the officer in charge or a certificate of strength of 3. a degree of endorsement of the fact that the proof only gives the right of service to ships in coastal voyships.
Paragraph 4. Persons meeting the requirements for examination in paragraph 1. 1, no. 3 (b) and (c) and which satisfy the requirement laid down in paragraph 1. 2 with the exception of the requirement for ship time in ships with a gross tonnage of 500 or more, the transferee shall be as proof as the officer in charge or in evidence as a quartermaster of 3. a degree of endorsement of the fact that the proof only gives the right to serve in ships with a gross tonnage of less than 500.
§ 11. For the acquisition of seafarers ' inshore ships, they shall be required to either pass the inshore ski test or have passed the power-of-the-year exam after 1. January 2013, and
1) has valid seafarers ' certificate as a quartermate of 4. degree,
2) has the Danish birthright,
3) is full 20 years and
4) has acquired 12 months of a time in the circumstances of the vessel to which seafarers such as grandmother or quartermaster of 4. the degree is required.
§ 12. In the acquisition of seafarers ' s certificates, they shall be required to have :
1) passed the semi-degree degree,
2) valid seafarers ' certificate of strength of 3. degree,
3) Danish innaturali; and
4) acquired time during the period of time of conditions in which seafarers such as the officer in charge or higher power have been prescribed ;
a) For 24 months, of which 12 months as the top or only quarterman, or
b) For 36 months as a quarterman.
§ 13. For the acquisition of seafarers as a starboard of 1. to the degree that they are required to have
1) have passed the master ' s master ' s master or senior officer ' s master ' s master or master ' s master or master ;
2) valid seafarers ' certificate of strength of 2. and
3) acquired 12 months of seagoing times in which seafarers as officer duty officer or higher are prescribed.
§ 14. In the case of seafarers ' certificates as a ship, the person shall be required to have
1) have passed the master ' s master ' s master or senior officer ' s master ' s master or master ' s master or master ;
2) valid seafarers certificate as a quarterman of the 1., 2. or 3. to a degree or as the officer in charge,
3) Danish incardish and
4) the acquired time in ships with a gross tonnage of 500 gross tonnage or more than where seafarers such as duty officer or higher are required by sea,
a) For 24 months, of which 12 months as the top or only quarterman, or
b) For 36 months as a quarterman.
§ 15. In it in § 8, no. 4 and 9 and 10 prescribed times of service may include tyre service in seagoing fishing vessels with a length of 15 metres or more. However, at least 12 months of the one in section 9 and section 10 (1). The time limit referred to in this Directive shall be the profession of seagoing commercial vessels in which no other provision is made in other provisions.
Special certificates and so on to machine officers
§ 16. In addition to the requirements for the acquisition of seafarers ' certificates, as stated in the individual evidence,
1) is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service to which the seafaring certificate is entitled ;
2) is of the grace and not under the guardianship of the host ' s section 5 or under the guardianship of the guardianship of the guardianship of section 7 ; and
3) where nothing else has been mentioned, acquired the prescribed time and service in seagoing commercial or fishing vessels with a propulsion power of 750 kW or more.
§ 17. The acquisition of the certificate of eligibility in motor care requires that the person has the case ;
1) passed the duelibility test in engine care and
2) acquired service during the time of the tyre and / or service in seagoing vessels of a 100 kW propulsion power or over for six months.
§ 18. For the acquisition of seafarers as the duty officer in charge, they are required to have
1) have been shipwrestinian, the engineering degree with marine electoral law or junior officer chainage as a naval officer and
2) completed, in a total of 12 months, at least 6 of the 12 months of service under direct surveillance of a machine officer at an approved training system for the 12 months of this Regulation, at least 6 of the 12 months of that of a service in ships. Shipsmast, chief engineer officer or ship officer. The Machine Service must be documented by an approved training book.
§ 19. For the acquisition of sea-proof seafarers as a ship's flavour of 2. the degree to which the person has been required has been required,
1) ship-smash-class or the engineering degree with a maritime elective and have done a service for 12 months and completed training and training in an approved training book, or
2) Senior Chief of Chief or Chief of Staff, and has done dutyjest for 12 months and completed training and training, documented in an approved training book.
20. For the acquisition of sea-proof seafarers as a ship's flaw of 1. to the degree that they are required to have

§ 21. For the acquisition of seafarers ' certificate as the ship master of 1. the degree to which the person has been required has been required,
1) the engineering degree in the field of marine engineering, shall have valid seafarers ' means of duty as the duty officer in charge of 12 months in conditions where seafarers ' machinery as the duty officer are prescribed or
2) Senior Chief or Chief of Chief or Chief of Staff, shall have valid seafarers ' capacity as the guardiant of the duty officer and has acquired 12 months of service under conditions where seafarers as a dual vessel officer or officer shall be required to provide the stational master.
§ 22. In the case of seafarers ' certificate as a ship ' s boss, they shall be required to graduate with a marine and senior officer ' s master or chief of chief or chief of service and have acquired the time of the vessel ;
1) in 24 months, if at least 12 months are earned under conditions of seafarers as a ship-maker of 1. has been specified or
2) for 36 months in which seafarers such as the duty officer in charge of the duty officer are required.
-23. The seafarers referred to in section 18-22 grant the right to service in motor ships. Evidence issued on the basis of the engineering degree in the field of marine and senior officer chaired by ship manager or chief of staff, may be endorsed by the same as the vessel ' s right to service in steamboats when the person has done a service in the service of the ship ; at least three months in steamboats.
Evite of the Sunday morning to duale officers and others
§ 24. For persons meeting the conditions for the acquisition of seafarers as a navigator, cf. § 8-14, and as a machine officer, cf. section 18-23, a sea certificate may be issued as a dual ship officer. Evidence as a dual ship officer shall be issued instead of seafarers as a navigator and machine officer and endorsed with the seafarers ' rights in respect of persons who are in possession. ~ § 8-14 and section 18-23.
To the acquisition of proof to be a navigator in merchant vessels in fishing vessels and the recognition of training and ship time from fishing ships to service in merchant ships
§ 25. In addition to the requirements for the acquisition of seafarers ' certificates, as stated in the individual evidence,
1) is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service to which the seafarship is entitled, including the ship for the lookout ;
2) have valid certificate as a radio operator in the GMDSS (GOC or ROC),
3) in the name of the section 5 of the guardianship of the guardianship of the guardianship, and not under the guardianship of the guardianship of the guardianship section 5 or
4) where nothing else has been mentioned, acquired the prescribed seagoing service of seagoing commercial vessels of 20 or more gross tonnage and
5) where nothing else has been mentioned, acquired the prescribed time in seagoing fishing vessels with a length of 15 metres or more.
SECTION 26. Persons with a valid seafarine certificate as a granny of fishing vessels may acquire duelibility certificate in the voyage of trade ships when they have
1) have passed the duelibility test in the shipping of merchant vessels or the test of fish-high examination of 3. degree or higher,
2) course in the fire fight in ships,
3) acquired 1 month of month as a superior force in seagoing merchant vessels and
4) acquired a combined service of fishing vessels and seagoing commercial vessels at least 12 months ;
§ 27. Persons with valid seafarers as grandias in fishing vessels may acquire seafarers ' s certificates as a granny in commercial ships when they have
1) have passed the duelibility test in the shipping of merchant vessels or the test of fish-high examination of 3. degree or higher,
2) course in the fire fight in ships,
3) acquired 1 month of month as a superior force in seagoing merchant vessels and
4) the industry of fishing vessels and seagoing merchant vessels of a minimum of 18 months of fishing vessels and of seagoing commercial vessels.
§ 28. Persons with valid seafarers ' certificates as a quartermate of 3. a degree in fishing vessels or higher may acquire seafarers ' certificate as a strength of 4. to the extent that they have
1) have passed the inshore skipper examination and
2) acquired at least :
a) 12 months of seagoing-free ship as a vessel in seagoing merchant vessels and at least six months of service as a navigator in fishing vessels within the preceding 5 years,
b) 6 months of tachograph of seagoing seagoing ships and completed training and training, documented in an approved training book and at least 12 months as a navigator in fishing vessels within the preceding 5 years,
c) 6 months of tachograph during seagoing trading ships and at least 12 months of seagoing service as a navigator in fishing vessels with a length of 24 metres or more in the preceding five years or
d) 3 months of seagoing service of seagoing trading ships and completed training and training, documented in an approved training book and at least 12 months of the speed of a navigator in fishing vessels, with a length of 24 metres or more before for the preceding 5 years.
§ 29. Persons with valid seafarers certificate as the quarterman of 1. a degree in fishing vessels or higher may acquire seafarers ' certificates as a strength of 3. to the extent that they have
1) passed the semi-degree degree and
2) acquired at least :
a) 12 months of the seagoing ship of a seagoing commercial vessel of 500 gross tonnage or more, of which six months must be acquired outside of coastal voyages and at least six months of speed as a navigator in fishing vessels within the preceding 5 years ;
b) 6 months of tachograph of seagoing seagoing ships of 500 gross tonnage or more outside coastal voyages and carried out training and training at least 12 months of the speed of the navigator in a minimum of 12 months ; fishing vessels within the preceding 5 years ;
c) 6 months of the ship ' s ship as a ship ' s ship with a gross tonnage of 500 gross tonnage or more outside coastal voyages and at least acquired 12 months of the vessel, such as a navigator in fishing vessels with a length of 24 metres or more, within the time limit laid down for the duration of the vessel ; preceding 5 years or
d) 3 months of tachograph of seagoing seagoing ships of 500 gross tonnage or more outside coastal voyages and carried out training and training at least 12 months of the speed of the navigator in a minimum of 12 months ; fish ships of a length of 24 metres or more in the preceding five years.
Paragraph 2. Persons who have passed the semi-transferable degree and comply with the requirement laid down in paragraph 1. 1 other than the requirement to speed time outside of coastal voyage may acquire evidence as a quartermaster of 3. a degree of endorsement of the fact that the proof only gives the right of service to ships in coastal voyships.
Paragraph 3. Persons who have passed the semi-transferable degree and comply with the requirement laid down in paragraph 1. 1, apart from the requirement of ship time in ships with a gross tonnage of 500 or greater, can acquire evidence as a quartermaster of 3. a degree of endorsement of the fact that the proof only gives the right to serve in ships with a gross tonnage of less than 500.
To the acquisition of proof as a navigator in merchant ships for persons with proof as a machine officer and for the recognition of training and service time for machine officers for navigators
-$30. Persons with valid seafarine certificates as a ship's flaw of 2. the degree or higher may acquire the proof of duty officer of duty, proof of the strength of 2. a degree or a third. to the extent that they are
1) has passed
a) junior officer-semen, as the master of the ship, at the issue of evidence as the officer in charge of duty,
b) The degree of high degree or has completed training for the quartermasters by issuing a certificate of a quarter-strength man of 3. severity, or
c) the master ' s master ' s master or senior officer shall be the ship ' s chief or master at the issue of the issue of a certificate of strength of 2. and
2) in relation to the training book and the time of the vessel,
a) has acquired 6 months of seagoing duty as a quartermaster or ship-sistent in seagoing commercial ships of 500 gross tonnage or greater than coastal voyages, with training and training on board for navigator to be documented in an approved approved ; education book, or
b) during service as a machine officer, an approved internship for the navigator of at least 12 months of seagoing commercial ships with a gross tonnage of 500 or more, of which 6 months shall be acquired in ships outside the coastal voytime.
Paragraph 2. Persons with valid seafarine certificates as a ship's flaw of 2. the degree or higher may acquire evidence as a quarter-strength man of 4. to the extent that they have passed the inshore ski-examination and either :
1) has acquired 6 months of seagoing duty as a quartermaster or ship-sistent in seagoing merchant ships, in which training and training on board navigator must be documented in an approved training book ;
2) during service as a machinery officer, completed an approved training course for the navigator of at least 12 months in seagoing commercial vessels.
To the acquisition of proof as a machine officer for persons with proof as a navigator in merchant ships and on the recognition of training and service time for engine officer to navigator
§ 31. Persons with valid seafarine certificates as officer in charge or higher, acquired at least six months in service of service, can acquire seafarers ' s certificate as the duty officer in charge of the ship ' s ship ' s marine class or the master's degree and either :
1) has acquired 6 months of service as a machine master probie, as training and training on board the machinery officer must be documented in an education book ; or
2) during service of a navigator, an approved internship was carried out for the training of at least 12 months.
Paragraph 2. Persons with valid seafarers as officer in charge or higher, acquired at least 6 months of service, can acquire seafarers ' s certificate as a ship ' s vessel of 2. to the extent that they have been shipwrestled and either :
1) has acquired 6 months of the vessel as a ship ' s vessel, since training on board the ship ' s machinery must be documented in an approved training book, or
2) in the case of a service as a navigator, an approved training course carried out for the training of the machinery officer shall not be subject to 12 months.
Recognition of training and seagoing service from the Navy to service in merchant ships
§ 32. Training and service time from the Navy may be subject to the issue of seafarers ' certificates of service in merchant vessels, provided that :
1) training and training on board has been documented in an approved training book,
2) training and training alone have been carried out in such entities, which are considered appropriate for the achievement of the objectives set out in the training book ;
3) the total number of vessels acquired in the naval units and seagoing commercial vessels at least 12 months shall be at least 12 months, including the time of the period required in section 33 ;
4) the fishing industry of seagoing commercial vessels has been documented by an approved training book and carried out with satisfactory results.
§ 33. Persons who, in the Navy, have carried out an education and passed a degree which may be treated as equivalent to the master's degree or the degree of transferable examination may acquire seafarers ' certificate as the quartermaster of 2. or 3. to the extent that they have acquired vessels of seagoing commercial ships of 500 gross tonnage or more outside coastal voyages in either :
1) 6 months on deck duty, or
2) Three months as an overly quarterly man.
Paragraph 2. Persons who, in the Navy, have carried out an education and passed a degree that can be equated with a coastline examination can acquire seafarers ' certificate of strength of 4. to the extent that they have acquired either :
1) 6 months of service of tyre service in seagoing commercial vessels and 6 months of service in the ship ' s ships, or
2) Three months as an overly quarterly sailor in seagoing merchant ships.
Paragraph 3. Persons who, in the Navy, have completed an education and passed a degree that may be equated with a ship ' s chief or a marine majoring in the field of marine engineering may acquire seafarers ' s certificate as the duty officer in charge when they have completed the process ; in the course of the 12-month period, the service training and the service training and service training service. However, at least six months of the period referred to in section 8 to 10 seagoing vessels shall be acquired in seagoing commercial vessels in which no other provision is made in other provisions.
Vaginal evidence
§ 34. In the case of the acquisition of the certificate of professional duty to assist the assistant duty duty officer, the person concerned is required to be
1) is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service to which the guardholder is entitled, and is discerned for the lookout ;

Evidence can be switched to a guard certificate when the call for bridge duty, in accordance with the case of a bridge duty, cf. paragraph 1, no. Four is fulfilled.
Qualification requirements for personnel and evidence of service in tankers ;
On service in tankers
$35. Officers, befarmant crew and any other person who, in connection with cargo and loading equipment, has specific tasks and special responsibilities in relation to such charges shall be in possession of proof of completed approved course on : basic tankers ' operations for oil, chemical and gas tankers, cf. STCW Convention Regulation V/1 -1, paragraph 2.2, and Regulation V/1 -2, paragraph 2.2.
Paragraph 2. Underline qualification certificates for service in tankers
§ 36. For the acquisition of qualifications for the management of the operations of oil, chemical and / or gas tankers, they are required to :
1) have valid seafarers ' s certificate of entitlement to service as a dual ship officer, navigator or engineer,
2) have been served for three months as an officer in the type of tanker to which the certificate is valid or has been serving at least 1 month as a superior officer in the type of tanker for which the certificate is valid and, while the service documents at least 3 ; lasting operations and three landfill operations ; and
3) have completed an approved course for the management of operations for oil tanker (STCW Regulation V/1 -1, paragraph 3), chemical tanker (STCW-Regulation V/1 -1, paragraph 5) or gas carrier (STCW Regulation V/1 -2, paragraph 3), to which the certificate is valid.
Powering of the ship as shipwreck
§ 37. For the acquisition of seafarers ' ship's property, they are required to :
1) is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the ship as shipwreck,
2) have completed the training as gastronom, special chef and
3) have completed training for shipwreck.
Paragraph 2. Instead of the requirements referred to in paragraph 1, 1 may be required to :

2) has acquired 12 months of service of seagoing service in seagoing ships.
Dueliciency in the operation of life-saving appliances
§ 38. For the acquisition of the certificate of eligibility in the operation of lifeboats, rafts and man-overboard boats other than fast-moving man-overboard-both necessary
1) is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service on which the duelibility is given the right to ;
2) are 18 years old,
3) have performed an approved course in the operation of lifeboats, rafts and man-over-board boats, except for the fast-walking man-over table, both, cf. STCW Rules VI/2, paragraph 1, and
4) has acquired 6 months of seagoing service of seagoing commercial ships of a gross tonnage of 20 or more.
Paragraph 2. The acquisition of the certificate of eligibility in the operation of the fast-moving man-over-table boats (FRB) is required to
1) is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service on which the duelibility is given the right to ;
2) is in possession of duelibility in the operation of lifeboats, rafts, and man-over-table boats and
3) have performed an approved course in the operation of the fast-walking man-over table, both, cf. STCW reglement VI/2, paragraph 2.
Chapter 2
Fishing ships
General conditions
§ 39. In the case of service in fishing vessels, they shall be required to implement
1) the safety class of the fishing industry,
2) the basic course of the fishing industry ; or
3) the basic module of the ship ' s assistance training.
Paragraph 2. People may serve in fishing vessels, regardless of the provision of paragraph 1. 1 may not be fulfilled if they document at least two years of employment in fishing ;
1) in the preceding five years preceding 1. September 1996, or
2) in advance of 1. September 1991, and has carried out an approved maritime safety course for experienced fishermen and the profession of proof of this.
Paragraph 3. Except for the provision in paragraph 1. 1 are persons who carry out repair or maintenance work on board or work on board, while the ship is in port.

§ 42. In the case of fishing vessels of a length of 9 metres or more, but less than 15 metres, the driver must have carried out the basic course and proof of the fishing industry (Blue evidence) and be in possession of
1) valid proof as granny in fishing vessels,
2) duelixation of motor care if the fishing vessel has a propulsion power of 100 kW or more, but less than 750,
3) valid certificate as a radio operator in the GMDSS (GOC, LRC or ROC), and
4) health evidence of seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service on board, including be dissed for the lookout.
§ 43. Persons can serve as a result of fishing vessels of a length less than 15 metres and a maximum of a maximum of 100 in passing, regardless of the fact that the provisions of section 41 and 42 are not met when they can
1) document at least 12 months of employment in fishing vessels within the period 1. February 1995 to 1. February 2000,

3) have a valid certificate as a radio operator in GMDSS for the operation of the ship ' s radio equipment.
Navigates in fish ships of 50 feet or more in length or with a dimension of 100 or more
§ 44. In addition to the special requirements for the acquisition of seafarers ' proof under the individual evidence, they are required to :
1) has acquired the prescribed period of time fishing in seagoing fishing vessels,
a) a length of 9 metres or more for the acquisition of proof as granny in fishing vessels ; or
b) a length of 12 metres or more, for the rest of the evidence,
2) is in possession of a health certificate for seafarers and fishermen who are valid for the service to which the seafarship gives the right, including the ship for the lookout ; and

§ 47. For the acquisition of seafarers as a starboard of 1. in the case of fishing vessels, they are required to have passed the high level of 1 of the fishing vessels. degree or has completed training for the quarterman, is in possession of valid certificates as a radio operator in the GMDSS (GOC, LRC or ROC), and
1) have completed the basic course of the fishing industry, including the acquired 12 month period, or
2) has acquired 24 months of fishing vessel in fishing vessels.
§ 48. For the acquisition of seafarers as fishing skips of 3. the degree to which the person concerned
1) has passed the midterm of the fishing degree of 3. degree,
2) has valid seafarers certificate as a quarterman of 3. in fishing vessels,
3) is in possession of valid certificates as a radio operator in the GMDSS (GOC, LRC or ROC),
4) has the Danish birthright and
5) has acquired 12 months of fishing vessels with a length of 15 metres or more in a position, in which proof such as grandmother or quartermaster of 3. fishing vessels have been prescribed.
§ 49. For the acquisition of seafarers as fishing skips of 1. the degree to which the person concerned
1) has passed the midterm of the fishing degree of 1. degree,
2) has valid seafarers certificate as the quarterman of 1. in fishing vessels,
3) is in possession of valid certificates as a radio operator in the GMDSS (GOC, LRC or ROC),
4) has the Danish birthright and
5) acquired 12 months of a time in a position in which seafarers such as the quartermaster of 3. a degree in fishing vessels or higher.
$50. During the times prescribed in section 45-47, a tyre service may be included in seagoing commercial vessels of a gross tonnage of 20 or more or in suitable ships belonging to the Navy.
Paragraph 2. For the acquisition of proof as a grandmother in fishing vessels for persons who have not completed the basic course of the business fishing vessels, at least six months of the speed of vessels shall be acquired in fishing vessels.
Paragraph 3. For the acquisition of proof as the quartermen of 1. or 3. fishing vessels shall be in fishing vessels for at least 12 months of the speed of fishing vessels.
Special certificates and so on to machine officers
§ 51. In the case of marine masters in fishing vessels, the same rules shall apply as laid down for merchant vessels.
Chapter 3
Time fishing vessels
Special certificates and so on for free time sailors
§ 52. In addition to the special requirements for the acquisition of seafarers ' proof under the individual evidence, it is required that person
1) is of the grace and not under the guardianship of the host ' s section 5 or under the guardianship of the guardianship of the guardianship of section 7 ; and
2) have passed on one of the Maritime Management Board for Refrees in advance of the preceding three years prior to the issue of seafarers ' certificate.

§ 55. For the acquisition of seafarers as the yacht skipper of 1. is required by that person,
1) has passed the degree as yachtskipper of 1. degree,
2) is in possession of valid seafarers as yachtskipper of 3. and
3) has acquired a period of six months in relation to the proof that the yacht skips of 3. the degree is required.
§ 56. The acquisition of duelictibility certificate in motor-free enterprise shall be required by the person who has passed
1) the test in sailing for recreational traders ; and
2) the performance test in the engine pass.
Chapter 4
Special certificates and so on to radio operators in ships
§ 57. Eviction certificates for radio operators shall be issued as radio certificates with STCW in accordance with the notification on radio-tests and certificates in GMDSS by the Lake Maritime Management Board.
Paragraph 2. PoE certificate to radio operators with an APC or ROC radio certificate issued before the first 1. September 2011 may be issued to people who have
1) a valid duelibility certificate in a voyage, a valid seafarine certificate as a quarterly quarterly officer. the level or strength of 3. to fish ships or higher evidence as a navigator in commercial or fishing ships ; or
2) completed one of the Maritime Management Safety Training meeting the requirements of the STCW Code ' s table A-IV/2.
Chapter 5
General provisions
Responsibility of the shipowner and master
§ 58. The shipowner and the master shall ensure that seafarers serving on board comply with all the required training, qualification and evidence of training, and that the original evidence is present on board.
In the period of time for the acquisition of seafarers
$59. Where a vessel is required to be obtained in a position in which certain evidence is prescribed, the profession of the profession may be included in a similar position in foreign or Danish ships, regardless of the description of the prescribed certificate.
Paragraph 2. Where training and training is required during the time period, training and training on board must be documented in an approved training book. However, where no other has been prescribed, the following shall be excluded from this :

Eviction of proof and their validity
§ 60. Evidence of this notice shall be issued by the Sea Fartboard, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.
Paragraph 2. When the certification and qualification certificates are issued, test or completed course, the examination certificate, this test or course shall be passed or completed within the last five years prior to the date of the date of the date of the : the issue of the certificate.
Paragraph 3. Evidence that is issued under sections 5, 6, 17, 34, 35, paragraph 1. 1, for congregation and 38, may also be issued in an approved format of persons or institutions authorized by the Sea Fartboard.
Paragraph 4. The certificate of origin issued under sections 7 to 14, 18-22, 24, 36, 45 to 49 and 57 may be issued with a maximum validity of up to 5 years from the date of issue. The application for certification shall be submitted to the Maritime Management system for the application of the Maritime Maritime Management System for the issue of seafarers ' certificate. This evidence, with the exception of evidence at section 45-49, must be provided with the STCW Convention drawing. Evidence after section 45 to 49 must be processed with STCW-F-Convention drawing.
Paragraph 5. Proof of proof shall be deemed equivalent to other evidence as specified in Annex 1 of the Executive Order. In addition, Annex 1 is shown in the STCW/STCW/STCW-F Convention phrases and more.
Exemptions
§ 61. When the certification of a seagoing certificate is required to be tested or tested within the preceding 5 years prior to the date of issue of the certificate, certificate may be issued if the examination or examination is passed prior, provided that the person concerned is subject to the certificate ; the tests or courses shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Maritime Management Board, taking into account the degree of examination of the person concerned and subsequent employment.
§ 62. In exceptional circumstances, the Danish Maritime Authority may authorize the issue of certification, where appropriate, with limited rights, irrespective of the fact that the requirements laid down for the acquisition of the certificate in question are not fully complied with. However, the exemption for fulfillment of the examination and timetable of the examinations may only be given in such a way as to assess the ability of the person concerned, including training and practical experience, to be demonstrated, and, where necessary, demonstrate that they are on board ; in other ways, the industry has acquired enough theoretical and practical training. However, the exemption for fulfillment of the requirements of Danish innaturalisations may only be granted in advance of the declaration of the organisations concerned.
Paragraph 2. In exceptional circumstances, the Maritime Service may allow a person to do the continuing service in a position to which no seafarching certificate is required, regardless of the fact that the person in question does not comply fully with the requirements laid down for design in the position. Such authorization may, however, only be granted in so far as the person concerned documents the acquired the specific competences, including training and practical experience necessary for the position of the operator.
Renewal of seafarers ' certificates and qualifications
§ 63. In the case of renewal of a seafarship ' s certificate as a deck of deck or machine officer or for the renewal of an officer ' s officers, the person concerned is in possession of a health certificate valid for the service for which the proof is entitled, and documents to have served in seagoing ships as a navigator, dual ship officer or engineer in at least ;
1) 1 year in the preceding 5 years, or
2) 3 months in the last six months prior to the renewal of the certificate.
Paragraph 2. For the renewal of a seafarers ' certificate as a cover or machine officer, shall be valid after 31. In December 2016 they shall have to be beyond the provisions of paragraph 1. 1 Requirements have been documented to have maintained qualifications on basic maritime safety and on fire fighting in ships for ship officers.
Paragraph 3. For the renewal of a standard of management of the tank, it is required that they are in possession of a health certificate valid for the service for which the proof is granted, and documents to have authorised service in seagoing tankers of the service, the type to which the proof gives the licence for at least three months prior to the preceding 5 years.
Paragraph 4. Recognition of service as a dual ship officer in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 assumes that they have operated in a position as a dual ship officer, in accordance with a statement setting. If the person has entered into such a position, he has served time as both a navigator and a machine master.
Paragraph 5. If a sea diet such as a tyre or machinery officer or a level of service at the level of management has expired, the renewal may be carried out for persons who have conducted a course in sea safety and fire fighting for ship officers and
1) have passed a test the content and extent of which is laid down by the Danish Maritime Agency for the purposes of the exams, time of work, documented practical experience and final design, and with satisfactory results have undergone one or more ; courses after the Maritime Management provisions ; or
2) documents to have served in seagoing ships for at least three months immediately prior to the renewal of the certificate as a navigator, chief engineer or a dual ship officer in superior position or chief engineer officer in lower position than the equivalent of that ; evidence of the person concerned.
Paragraph 6. In addition to the provisions of paragraph 1, 5 a person with seafarers ' certificate as a navigator issued before 1. In February 1997, additional training and / or training requirements laid down by the Maritime Service shall have, taking into account the maritime certification of the person concerned, which shall be renewable.
Paragraph 7. Renewal of a seafarers 'certificate as a cover officer in merchant ships and for seafarers' certificate of starvation of 3. fishing vessels or higher can only be done if the person concerned is in possession of the certificate of a radiooperator in the GMDSS (GOC, LRC or ROC).
Paragraph 8. In addition to the provisions of paragraph 1, 1 a person with a valid seafarers ' certificate as a navigator or machine officer issued before 31 must be completed. 2) the tests or courses shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Maritime Management Board, taking into account the degree of examination of the person concerned and subsequent employment.
Paragraph 10. The Maritime Maritime Service shall issue, where appropriate, seafarers as the duty officer in charge of persons performing service as referred to in paragraph 1. 5, no. 1 (b).
Paragraph 11. The acquisition of a seating and qualification certificate may not be more than six months before the end of an existing sea-nourishment and qualification certificate.
Penalty provisions
§ 64. The shipowner or the master ' s infringement of the provisions of section 58 shall be punished by fine.
Paragraph 2. Companies can be imposed on companies, etc. (legal persons) punishable by the rules of the penal code 5. Chapter.
Paragraph 3. On the imposition of criminal liability in accordance with paragraph 1. 2 shall be considered persons employed to carry out work on the ship of others other than the shipowner, as well as being associated with the shipowner. Where a document of compliance has been issued in accordance with the Safety Management and Safety Management Code as provided for by the Maritime Labour Convention to another organisation or person, the master and the seafarers shall be considered to be the same as : associated with the document to which the document is issued.
Chapter 6
Fees
§ 65. Applications for issuance or renewal of evidence after this notice shall be made by applying the Maritime Management system to the digital application for the issue of seafarers and certificates of qualification.
Paragraph 2. In the case of issuance and renewal of certificates after this notice, DKK DKK 500 per. Proof. Payment shall be made by the application.
Chapter 7
Entry into force and transitional provisions
§ 66. The announcement will enter into force on the 25th. October 2013.
Paragraph 2. At the same time, notice No 473 of 29. May 2006 on the skills requirements for seafarers and seafarers and on seafarers as amended by the notice of publication No 2 ; 469 of 7. May 2013.
Paragraph 3. The provision in section 4 (4). 1 on approved basic training shall be deemed to have been met by seafarers before 1. August 1998 acquired the time of the period of untimely or depraised sailor or a member of a unit-crew.
