Publication concerning the amendment of the provision of the provision of port facilities

§ 1

Notice no. 414 of 8. May 2012 on the safeguarding of port facilities is amended as follows :

1. Section 1 (1). 2 is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

" Stop. 2. Furthermore, the notice shall apply to ports serving vessels covered by Section 2 of the notice. 227 of 5. 'March 2013, on better securing ships in domestic voykers'. '

2. I Section 4 (4). 1, is replaced by "6" to "8".

3. I Section 11 (1). 2, is replaced "6 weeks" to "9 weeks".

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force 1. November, 2013.
