Publication on the amendment of the notice of the goods

§ 1

Notice no. 724 of 27. June 2012 on the freight train, as amended by Notice No 377 of 12. April 2013 and Notice no. 891 of 2. July 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I § 2 pasted as paragraph FOUR :

" Stop. 4. Penal code section 152-152 e shall apply mutatis mutias to the disclosure of confidential information. `

2. I Section 21 (1). 1, in section 2 (2), 2 and 3, " to : section 2, paragraph. TWO, "

3. I § 21 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. The penalty for infringement of this notice may be weighted as to the financial gains achieved or attempted to attained the offence and the nature of the offence. `

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2014.
