Publication of the amendment of grants to private undertakings and others to wetland projects

§ 1

Notice no. 952 of the 30. July 2010 on grants to private enterprises and others to wetbasin projects are amended as follows :

1. All in the notice, 'Food business' is replaced by the 'Natural Business Authority' and 'Food Erenuces' to : 'The Natural Business'.

2. The headline paragraph 4 shall be replaced by the following :

"Control"

3. I Section 4 (4). 3, ' The ' plant directorate ` shall be replaced by ' the Agency ' s Administrative Board ` and ' The Plant ' s ' s Agency ' shall be replaced by ' The natural order of nature '.

4. Section 4 (4). 4, ITREAS :

" Stop. 4. The Office of the Natural Acquires may, where necessary, seek to obtain information from other authorities as necessary in accordance with the rural area's section 12. ` ;

5. After section 5, pasted before section 6 :

" § 5 a. Notwithstanding paragraph 5, paragraph 1. ONE, TWO. pkt., may there from the third. November 2012 shall not be submitted for grants. `

6. I Section 6 (2). 3, "Forest and Wildlife Wildlife" shall be replaced by the following : "The Board of nature".

7. Chapter 13 revoked.

The announcement shall enter into force on 3. November 2012.
