Publication of the amendment of the announcement of an active employment service

§ 1

Notice no. 835 of 10. August 2012 on active employment, as amended by announcement No 1. 898 of 30. In August 2012, the following changes are made :

1. § 14 ITREAS :

" § 14. If a working seeker is no longer required to be registered as a professional seeker or a professional seeker, with the exception of the entranted inactivity, full employment of at least 14 days, they shall be refused.

Paragraph 2. When a working seeker, other than those employed by a wage subsidy, gives the job-store notice of disease, the person is automatically reported. Persons who have been on sick leave via the Job Network shall receive an electronic receipt as evidence of the notification. `

2. § 16 ITREAS :

" § 16. The job center is reporting a work seeker other than persons enrolled in the non-payment option when

1) Whereas the job centre has been informed that the person has been given ordinary full-time employment, for part-time insured part-time work for at least 30 hours per week, provided that the employment period is of a minimum of 14 days of duration, unless the person wants to stand ; enrolled without benefit,

2) the address of the job service cannot be informed and an inquiry to the unemployment fund respectively, respectively, has not solved the problem,

3) the person will not make his récence available for searching in the Job network or will not, moreover, give the job centre any employment relevant information, or

4) the job center has been informed that the person is commenting ordinary training that is not provided according to a job plan.

Paragraph 2. Before reporting in accordance with paragraph 1, 1, no. 4, the job center must notify the person that they will be reported. "

3. § 22 ITREAS :

" § 22. Wants a working seeker who has been reported to be resigned, who is to be resigned, whether or not to register for the rules in § § 2 to 10, cf. however, paragraph 1 2. If the rollout has been made because of the job center error, the job center must be added to the person once again.

Paragraph 2. People covered by § 1, nr. 1 which has been cancelled due to illness, should be subject to self-service to the Job Net. When the person resigns, the person becomes automatically reenrolled in the Job Network. The person shall receive an electronic receipt as evidence of the reenrollment. ` ;

4. Section 31 (1). 5, ITREAS :

" Stop. 5. The job center must register the person's message of sickness, bogeing and vacations. "

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement will enter into force on the 12th. November 2012, having an effect on people who make up the 12-year-old. November 2012, or later.
