The full text of the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on breeding, etc. of potatoes
(Emergency measures against Epitrix)
In executive order No. 450 by 16. May 2011 about breeding, etc. of potatoes, as amended by Decree No. 630 of 18. June 2012 and Decree No. 761 of 2. July 2012, shall be amended as follows: 1. The footnote to notice the title is replaced by the following: ' 1) Ordinance contains provisions implementing parts of Commission Directive 92/105/EEC of 3. December 1992 on a certain standardization of plant passports for use by the movement of a number of plants, plant products and other objects within the community and on the detailed rules for the issuing of such plant passports and the conditions and detailed arrangements for the replacement of a plant passport, the official journal of the European communities 1993, nr. L 4, p. 22, as amended by Commission Directive 2005/17/EC of 2. March 2005, the official journal of the European Union 2005, nr. L 57, p. 23, parts of Council Directive 2000/29/EC of 8. May 2000 on protective measures against the introduction into the community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the community, Official Journal of the European communities 2000, nr. L 169, p. 1, as last amended by Commission directive 2010/1/EU of 8. January 2010, the official journal of the European Union 2010, nr. L 7, p. 17, Council Directive 2002/56/EC of 13. June 2007 on the control of potato cyst nematodes and repealing Directive 69/465/EEC, Official Journal of the European Union 2007, nr. L 156, p. 12, parts of the Commission Directive 2008/62/EC of 20. June 2008 on certain exceptions for approval of landraces and varieties of agricultural species that are naturally adapted to the local and regional conditions and threatened by genetic erosion and for marketing of seed and seed potatoes of those landraces and varieties, the official journal of the European Union 2008, nr. L. 162, p. 13 and Commission implementing decision 2012/270/EU of 16. may 2012 on emergency measures against the introduction into and the spread within the Union by Epitrix cucumeris (Harris), Epitrix similaris (Gentner), Epitrix subcrinita (Lec.) and Epitrix tuberis (Gentner), the official journal of the European Union 2012, nr. L 132, p. 18. '
2. In article 16, paragraph 1, the words ' on breeding areas or on the plants ': ' on breeding areas in the plants or on the tubers '.
3. In article 16 paragraph 4 is added: ' (4). The noting or have a presumption of occurrence or Epitrix cucumeris (Harris) attacks, Epitrix similaris (Gentner), Epitrix subcrinita (Lec.) or Epitrix tuberis (Gentner), must immediately transmit the notification to this effect to the Danish Agrifish Agency stating the findings instead. '
4. Annex 6 is replaced by the text in annex 1 to this notice.

The following organisms may not be found on the areas used for the production of seed potatoes. The pest may only be provided in other areas as the holder of the authorisation has sovereignty over if implemented a control programme referred to in article 6. Ordinance on the control of potato cyst nematodes on these areas:
