Publication on digital communication on application for the inclusion of higher education

In accordance with paragraph 1 (1), Two and three, in the law. 319 of 16. May 1990 on the subject of access to higher education, as amended by law no. 560 of 18. June 2012 shall be determined :

§ 1. The disclosure shall comprise digital communication at the application for entry to a higher education, where the entry is coordinated by the enrollment of the Coordinated State.

Paragraph 2. The announcement shall apply to all communication between an applicant and a training institution as well as between an applicant and the Coordinated Offer.

§ 2. The application for entry into a higher education, where the recording is coordinated by the Encoded Enrollment, will be digitally using the accession portal www.optagelse.dk.

Paragraph 2. Other communication between an applicant and a training institution for the recording may take place using the e-mail address to which the applicant has informed his application for admissions .dk, through the use of the Digital Post at www.borger.dk or by using an internal digital system provided by the institution of training for the applicant, including information on the user name and code, which provides the applicant with access to the sending and receiving digital messages from the training institution.

Paragraph 3. Where the educational institution considers that special conditions are available to ensure that the applicant is not to be expected to use the digital self-service solution, the training institution must offer that the application may be submitted in a different way to that of : by digital self-service after paragraph 1. 1. The institution of the Education institution determines how the cover of the application is covered by 1. Act. must be submitted.

Paragraph 4. A digital application shall be deemed to have come forward when it is available for the education institution.

§ 3. Applicants seeking entry into a higher education, where they are coordinated by the Coordinated Register, apply for the use of digital signature with a level of security equivalent to the OCESs standard or higher, e.g. public digital signature NemID.

Paragraph 2. Foreign applicants or others cut off from having or using the public digital signature NemID or Digital Signature shall use the second safe identification in the form of a replacement personnel number and an e-mail address on application for : recording of higher education.

Paragraph 3. The replacement staff number is assigned by initiation .dk.

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. December 2012.
