Annunciation of reporting and reporting of seafarers and seafarers ' reports

In accordance with section 64 (a), 1, section 64 (b) (b). 2, section 70 and section 71 a of the seaman's slop, cf. Law Order no. 742 of 18. July 2005, as amended by law no. 493 of 12. The year May 2010 and, after the authorisation,

§ 1. The notice shall apply to all Danish ships, except for the following ships :

1) Fishing ships with a length of less than 45 metres.

2) Other ships other than fishing vessels of less than 20 gross tonnage.

3) Passenger ships that are not seagoing.

4) Frame, laymen, exquisites, air-depressants.

5) Vessels deemed to be conservation worthy.

6) Tradecraft of primitive construct.

7) Time fishing vessels.

§ 2. The master and the vessel shall ensure that within 5 working days of a person or of persons covered by the master and of persons covered by the seaman's section 1 or § 2, the report shall be submitted to the Maritime Maritime Management Board. The report shall be carried out by the application of a Maritime Management System for the digital reporting of information on the basis of information on the part of the Maritime Management Board.

Paragraph 2. Is a Danish seafarers referred to in paragraph 1. 1, not in possession of the exercise book by design, shall ensure that a shipping book is acquired as soon as possible and the necessary plans for the service shall be entered in the shipping book by the shipowner or the master.

Paragraph 3. Seafarers ' issued by the Farmers ' Country of Land may be used in Danish ships.

Paragraph 2. Seafarers ' books may only be issued to persons under the age of 18 which have not entered into force when he or she has written permission from the sole holder of the custody of the parent authority to take employment at sea.

§ 7. The application for the issue of the exercise of seafarers shall be made either by applying the Maritime Management Board to the application for the issue of the exercise book or on a special form, the form and content of the Maritime Agency shall be established.

Paragraph 2. The maritime transport book must be provided with a well-like photo of the holder.

Paragraph 3. In the case of non-electronic application, the applicant shall demonstrate to the applicant his identity in the case of presentation or submission of passports, no later than the printed maritime book or driver ' s licence.

§ 8. The price for the acquisition of a seafarers is 155,00 kr. If the seafarers ' book is to be sent to the ship, the Maritime Agency shall be sent to the board, in addition to the price of $55. to cover the costs of shipment.

§ 9. The withdrawal of section 2 (2). One, and paragraph 4 is punished by fine.
