§ 1. The distribution of the business between the regional public prosecutors is as follows :

2) International criminal proceedings, including in particular cases of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and other serious crimes committed abroad, in which the investigation and criminal prosecution following the complexity of the case and the prosecution of the criminal proceedings are committed. international issues require a particular knowledge of and insight into the conditions of foreign relations and requires cooperation with authorities in other countries, international institutions, organisations, etc.

Paragraph 2. If there is any doubt as to whether a case is a matter for the public prosecutor of particular economic and international crime, the question of the attorney general will be determined.
