Publication of the eligibility criteria for supporting the area renewal and setting of application time

In accordance with section 7 (2), 3, in the urban renewal and development of cities, cf. Law Order no. 132 of 5. In February 2010 :

§ 1. In the reservation of the expenditure framework for applications for area renewal, cf. Section 4 (4). 2, in the urban renewal and urban development code, the Ministry of City, Bolig and Rural Development will ensure that support is targeted to areas where the need is greatest and that there is a process of integration of area renewal and structural renewal.

§ 2. The Ministry of City, Bolig and Rural Development makes a reservation of the expenditure framework based on a specific assessment of the applications of the municipalities ' s applications, cf. paragraph 2-6.

Paragraph 2. For the selection of area renewal projects, attention shall be paid to the fact that the areas contain a wide range of the areas referred to in paragraph 1. 3-6 Indicators of the area problems and that the municipal management board may be able to make it possible that :

1) in the area there are potentials for development within the problems referred to in the application ;

2) private investment and other resources can be mobilised ;

3) the municipality of internal organizing and own investments prioritises the area, and

4) the project highlights the involvement of key, local stakeholders in the process and execution of the area renewal.

Paragraph 3. For the selection of regional renewal projects in reduced urban areas in small towns, where there is a significant need for urban development, particular attention shall be paid to :

1) the scope and nature of the area problems, such as the physical imposition of buildings, roads and public spaces, traffic problems, public and private service offerings, including culture and leisure offer,

2) the extent and nature of housing in the need for building renewal ;

3) the extent and nature of social and employment problems ; and

4) regional and local conditions relating to the development of the population, investments and employment.

Paragraph 4. For the selection of regional renewal projects in urban areas in major cities where there is a significant need for structural renewal, particular attention shall be paid to :

1) the scope and nature of the area problems, such as the physical imposition of buildings, roads and public spaces, traffic problems, including noise pollution, the lack of public and private service offerings, including culture and leisure offer ;

2) the extent and nature of housing in the need for building renewal ; and

3) the scope and nature of social and employment problems.

Paragraph 5. For the selection of regional renewal projects in newer residential areas with large social problems, particular attention shall be paid to :

1) the extent and nature of social and employment problems ; and

2) the scope and nature of the area problems, such as the physical imposition of buildings, roads and public spaces, traffic problems, public and private service offerings, including culture and leisure offer.

Paragraph 6. For the selection of area renewal projects in the elderly and port areas, as the municipal management board, by the time of the decision on area renewal, the City Council shall designate as urban areas in accordance with the provisions of the law on planning and which do not : where market conditions may be converted immediately, special emphasis shall be placed on the market ;

1) regional and local conditions, including geographic location,

2) the extent and nature of the physical imposition of the areas and buildings of the area ; and

3) the scope and nature of genes from the current business activity, which may act as a barrier to development of the area.

§ 3. Applications for the reservation of support for area renewal within the annual expenditure framework, cf. the urban renewal and development of cities section 4 (4) ; Two shall be submitted and arrived at the Ministry of Urban City, Bolig and, by 7, by the Ministry. January. Is the 7th. In January, a Saturday or a Sunday, the deadline for the next working day is postponed.

Paragraph 2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1 1 applications in 2013 must first have come to the Ministry of Urban City, Bolig and Rural Development on 8. April 2013.

§ 4. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2013.

Paragraph 2. Publication no. 61 of 5. February 2004 on the eligibility criteria for the reservation of support for area renewal and the fixing of the time for application and notice no. 911 of 12. September 2008 on the eligibility criteria for the reservation of support for area renewal and the fixing of the application period are repealed at the same time.
