The full text of the notice of payment for service operations in foreign service

Under section 14 of Act No. 150 of 13. April 1983 on foreign service shall be determined as follows: Chapter 1 Civil service section 1. For the eeas assistance within the civil service shall be made in 925 € per hour, unless otherwise expressly stated in this notice, without prejudice. § § 2 – 8, section 14, paragraph 2, and section 17. In addition, reimbursement shall be made in accordance with the provisions of §§ 20 and 21.

(2). Not paid hourly rates in child abduction cases) 1 2) evacuation cases, 3) cases involving serious crimes against Danes abroad, 4) forced marriage, 5) surviving children and spouses, 6) detention cases. This exemption from payment obligation shall not apply, however, by imprisonment/detention on the occasion of expiry of the residence permit/visa period/lawful residence period. The exemption also does not apply if a representation provides personal assistance to the prisoners, who are not directly related to actual detention case. In all these cases, paid a fee of DKK 925 per started hour.

§ 2. For issuance of passport hospitality paid the following fees: 1) For passports to persons who are 18 years of age but not yet filled 65 years, paid a fee of $ 950.

2) For passports to persons who are not yet 18 years of age, be liable to a charge of 950 kr.

3) For passports to persons over the age of 65 years, paid a fee of $ 950.

4) For EU emergency travel documents to nationals from other European Union countries paid a fee of $ 950.

5) For other provisional passports be liable to a charge of 950 kr.

7) For renewal of passports or travel documents paid a fee of $ 950.

(2). There is no fee for the issue of a laissez-passer for first time entry to Denmark.

(3). There is no fee for renewal of passport or issuing provisional passports by simultaneously filing applications for passports within the Mission's office hours.

(4). For the representation issue/extradition of an alien's passport is a travel document for refugees and paid the fees referred to in paragraph 1, 1-3.

(5). When assistance in connection with the in (1) and (3) of the benefits referred to in its nature and its scope goes beyond the scope of usual fee covered assistance disbursed instead 925 € per hour, however, a minimum of two hours.

§ 3. For the Mission's assistance with regard to the processing of a payment visumsag (application, etc.) in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 8 without prejudice to paragraph 9-12 or an international agreement. For countries with which the EU Commission has concluded or is negotiating a visumfaciliteringsaftale, charged that so far a fee of 35 euros (260 USD). The fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the application is accepted or not.

(2). For the Mission's assistance with regard to the processing of visa application (all types) paid a fee of EUR 60 (445 DKK).

(3). Children aged 6 to 11 years pay a visa fee of 35 euros (260 USD).

(4). For the Mission's assistance in visa cases which have not previously been involved in representation, but where the representation under the authority of the Danish or another national authority dealing with the case, need to print stickers, visa fee as referred to in paragraph 2 or paragraph 3.

(5). For the Mission's assistance in visa matters, where the representation has not previously been involved, and where there will be extradited any refusal, original documents, etc. to an applicant or a representative of the applicant, be paid hourly payment of DKK 925 DKK started hour.

(6). Through the use of external service providers (outsourcing) in connection with the acceptance of applications for visa, may, upon agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs service provider will charge a surcharge in addition to the prescribed fee. The amount of the additional fee must not exceed 30 EUR (225 USD).

Paragraph 10. There is no fee when processing visa cases in the following cases: 1) holders of travel documents issued by countries whose nationals are exempt of visa (travel document for refugees and alien passports).

2 holders of diplomatic or service passports) regardless of travel purposes.

3) persons who are employed in the UN Secretariat, in the United Nations organizations (funds, programmes and specialized agencies), by Osce institutions, as well as Europe rådsmedlemmer together with their spouses and children regardless of travel purposes.

4) persons who are in possession of the statement that they travel in the United Nations or the above mentioned organizations matter, etc.

5) employees of Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) in Copenhagen, as well as persons performing work for GBIF-the Board of Directors in connection with meetings, conferences, etc. together with their spouses and children.

6) employees of the International Council for the exploration of (ICES) in Copenhagen, as well as persons performing work for ICES Board of Directors in connection with meetings, conferences, etc. together with their spouses and children.

7) employees of the European Radiocommunications Office (ERO) in Copenhagen, as well as persons performing work for ERO-Board in connection with meetings, conferences, etc. together with their spouses and children.

8) employees at Eurofish in Copenhagen as well as persons performing work for Eurofish-the Board of Directors in connection with meetings, conferences, etc. together with their spouses and children.

9) employees at the European Environment Agency (EEA) in Copenhagen, as well as persons performing work for the EEA Management Board in connection with meetings, conferences, etc. together with their spouses and children.

10) spouses and registered partners to nationals of another EU/EEA country other than Denmark and their children or spouse's/partner's children who are not at least 21 years old, or dependants of EU/EEA citizen, as well as relatives in the ascending line and spouse's/partner's relatives in the ascending line who are dependent of EU/EEA citizen. Such members of the family of Danish citizens who exercise or recently exercised their right to free movement in another EU country, is covered by the derogation. EU/EEA rules also applies to Switzerland.

11) the eeas staff as well as their spouses, registered partners and children under 21 years of age, belonging to the household.

12) fee waivers will be granted after the Mission's estimate could students, athletes and others., if the journey is done as part of an exchange arrangement, amateur competition, amateur concert arrangement and the like — or if the representation incidentally find it justified.

Paragraph 11. There is no fee for the Mission's assistance with regard to the processing of visa cases from applicants who are 1) under the age of six, 2) pupils, students, graduates in training and accompanying teachers, who take residence in study or educational purposes (also applies to representation agreements), 3) researchers from third countries travelling within the European Union for the purpose of carrying out scientific research as defined in European Parliament and Council recommendation 2005/761/EC of 28 June 1999. September 2005 on the facilitation of the issuance of the Member States of uniform short-stay visas for researchers from third countries travelling within the European Union for the purposes of scientific research.

4) representatives of the nonprofit organizations in the aged up to 25 years, participating in seminars, conferences, sports events, cultural or educational events organized by nonprofit organizations.

Paragraph 12. Assuming the decision to this effect in the local Schengen cooperation and see. For the Mission's assistance with regard to the processing of cases related to residence and/or work permit (application, etc.) paid a fee of 1415 USD per case or payment in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 8 unless otherwise follows from paragraphs 9-10. The same will apply in cases where an application is lodged in Denmark or any other country to the authority which deals with such matters, and where the authority subsequently requests a detailed examination of the case, as the case may be considered to have been released for the representation. The fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the application is accepted or not.

(2). In connection with Working Holiday agreements and for the Mission's assistance with regard to the processing of applications for residence and work permit, shall be payable a fee of 1415 USD per case. Applications of the basic regulation. Working Holiday agreement between Denmark and Japan are except for the fee. In cases where Denmark represents a different country, governed by the Danish fee rules for Working Holiday agreements. Denmark has signed Working Holiday agreements with Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea.

(3). For the Mission's assistance in cases which have not previously been involved in representation, but where representation, under the authority of the Danish or another national authority dealing with the case, need to print stickers, paid a fee of 1415 USD per case.

(4). For the Mission's assistance in matters relating to "re-entry", including application and possibly. the issue of sticker, paid a fee of 1415 USD per case (where there is talk about cases that also involves assistance in accordance with § 1, shall also be paid hourly rates at 925 € per hour) (5). For the Mission's assistance in cases where the representation has not previously been involved, and where there will be extradited any refusal, original documents, etc. to an applicant paid hourly rates at 925 € per hour.

Paragraph 10. There is no fee when treating cases of residence and/or work permit in the following cases: 1) persons who are granted a residence permit in accordance with the Aliens Act section 8.

3) spouses and registered partners to nationals from other EU/EEA countries than Denmark, and their children or spouse's/partner's children who are not at least 21 years old, or dependants of EU/EEA citizen, as well as relatives in the ascending line and spouse's/partner's relatives who are dependent on the EU citizen. Such members of the family of Danish citizens who exercise or recently exercised their right to free movement in another EU country, is covered by the derogation.

§ 5. For the Mission's assistance for the issue of driving licences shall be made in the following charges: 1) For duplicate driving licence paid a fee of 400 us $.

2) For the purpose of issuing the statement about the lost driver's license (temporary replacement driving licences) to drive abroad paid a fee of $ 240.

3) For fixed-term renewal of driving licences for persons older than 70 years paid a fee of 50 us $.

4) For renewal of driving licences for commercial passenger transport, due to health reasons are time-limited, paid a fee of $ 155.

(2). There is no fee for the renewal of driving licences for persons under the age of 70 years, when driving licences are limited for health reasons.

(3). When assistance, in connection with the services referred to in paragraph 1 in its character and its extent, goes beyond the scope of usual fee covered assistance, paid instead 925 € per hour.

§ 6. For legalization, certifications, verification certificates, etc. paid a fee of DKK 185 per signature.

(2). Of assistance for the issuance of documents and statements, as well as smaller translations be liable to the following charges: 1) For control of the citizen's identity and extradition of original birth and birth certificates, pin letter, credit cards, temporary password letter and key card NemID, etc. paid a fee of DKK 185 per document. § 7. For foreign service assistance regarding lost property due a fee of DKK 415 per case. In addition to the fee the applicant must pay all expenses which are directly connected with the case.

§ 8. By submitting application for Danish nationality by naturalisation shall be payable a fee of DKK 1000 per application. However, this does not apply to applications for naturalisation for children under the age of 18, if the parents – or one of these – are born Danish or later acquired Danish citizenship. For the Mission's assistance for the submission of the application to the Ministry of Justice on the issue of proof of Danish citizenship or conservation of Danish citizenship lodged before the age of 22. year payable fee of DKK 185 per application.

(2). Casework is required, shall be charged DKK 925 per started hour.

Chapter 2 Commercial cases § 9. For consulting services and other assistance aimed at supporting Danish industry export work, globalization and other commercial activities abroad, and where there is a clear Danish commercial interest here, paid as a starting point 925 € per hour. (4). Assistance for the recovery of commercial debts are subject to the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 3.

§ 10. For certain publications and newsletters, which are designed to support a defined part of the Danish industry export work, globalization and other commercial activities, there is a price to be fixed for each individual publication/newsletter on the basis of an assessment of the preparation used for hours and the value that the publications/newsletters will have on businesses.

§ 11. For talks on commercial issues as a starting point, a fee paid at least us $ 3700.

(2). In addition to the fee referred to in paragraph 1, the refund for the lecture subject's travel and subsistence expenses incurred by the governmental service travel rules in force.

§ 12. If a representation has the opportunity to ask offices and meeting rooms, etc. as well as State-owned or rented representative rooms available for business people and others., fixed local rents after the current rental price level on the spot.

(2). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also the opportunity to ask office facilities and local administrative assistance available under inkubatorordningen. The rent for these services shall be determined so that the Ministry can achieve coverage for the long-term average costs.
§ 13. If it is in commercial matters deemed necessary to carry out a mission within the mission area, obtained the applicant's acceptance thereof. Chapter 3 Other cases § 14. Money transfers through the eeas can only take place as a starting point in connection with personal assistance. Who will be charged with 925 € per hour, see. § 1.

(2). As a general rule, should charge of money transfers refer to the use of a financial institution. Assist foreign service in connection with money transfer fee therefor, see. (3). It should be noted that only when specific conditions are applicable, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides assistance for the transfer of money in the context of a citizen's continued stay or onward travel abroad.

(3). For money transfers be included in any request for the transfer of amounts, irrespective of whether in this particular case also is granted some form of assistance. There's also provided other assistance, must thus be liable to fee/hourly rate after two or more provisions. Money transfers in connection with personal assistance cases are covered by the regular hourly rate payment in accordance with the provision in § 1. For other money transfers will be charged also 925 DKK per hour without prejudice. § 1. This rate also applies, even if I have to pay for other assistance after publication. Deposit/transfer amount to cover Government debts in Denmark are charged DKK 925 per started hour. The representation will deduct the fee by the transfer.

(4). If the social and other public services in exceptional cases and in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs transmitted through the foreign service, a fee is charged at 415 € per transfer. By money transfer, which alone shall be used for the payment of the fee, the fee for money transfer can have at most the same amount as the fee in question.

(5). For shipments of aid after the Active section 6 shall be no fee.

§ 15. For foreign service assistance in obtaining information, which are not covered by the provisions of chapters 1 and 2, levied 925 € per hour, unless otherwise expressly stated in section 19.

§ 16. For the eeas's assistance for the planning and implementation of events of a non-commercial nature (visit of municipalities, schools, colleges, private persons, institutions, journalists, etc.) will be charged DKK 925 per hour, unless otherwise expressly stated in section 19.

§ 17. For foreign service assistance in connection with the holding of the exam/test will be charged DKK 925 per hour as well as possibly rent of premises made available for presenting the exam/test.

§ 18. For foreign service assistance in connection with lending by the Mission's videoconferencing equipment will be charged DKK 925 per started hour. Any time to the technical up-and nedsætning before and after the video conference is included in the hourly payment.

Chapter 4 common provisions § 19. Service operations are carried out at the request of the Danish Parliament, the central Government and its authorities, the Faroese Lagting under planned, the Faroe Islands, and Greenland, the Greenland Home rule is generally not subject to the obligation to pay fees and hourly charges for the services referred to in chapters 1 and 3 of this notice.

(2). Non-commercial service operations, which is estimated to contribute concretely to the profiling-/public diplomacy-work, is generally not covered by the payment service.

(3). Foreign service may, in addition, after a concrete assessment in exceptional cases refrain – partially or completely – from to charge any fee or hourly rate from private individuals, where serious social or other reasons, or where the payment for this crucial talks seems manifestly unfair.

(4). There must in principle not charged for less routine information tasks.

§ 20. Exemption from payment of fee and hourly rate does not include exemption from payment of other expenses, if any, of the eeas, which is directly connected to the eeas's treatment of the case. For any assistance – whether this is given as part of a of this Ordinance subject liable performance or not – must reimburse the foreign service the applicant any expenses which are directly connected with the case, unless otherwise is provided separately.

(2). For any assistance – except personal assistance in accordance with the provisions of article 1 and Chapter 2 (commercial matters) – on request by the party concerned, result in telecommunications, the applicant must reimburse the costs of the eeas.

(3). For assistance after the applicant must reimburse the eeas Chapter 2 expenditure on telecommunications on the basis of the applicant's request, on condition that the representation considers that expenditure is significant in relation to the counselling service scope.

§ 21. If the applicant requests the representation to carry out a payment liability performance within the scope of § § 2-6, § 9, paragraph 1., 1. PT., and § 13 outside the Mission's office hours, paid hourly rate at 925 kr plus 50 percent per hour. For sections 2-6 applies to this payment in lieu of fees. For other benefits within the meaning of the payment notice fee shall be increased by 50 percent. The shipping time as the Mission's employee uses to perform a payment liability performance outside the Mission's office hours are included in the time calculation. For issuing provisional passports or extension of passport hospitality outside the Office hours fixed fee in accordance with the provisions of article 21, paragraph 2.

(2). By means of the issue of a provisional passports or extension of passport hospitality outside office hours paid a fee of DKK 3890 Transport time, which the representative employee uses in order to perform the service, is included in the fee. If the applicant requests the representation of the execution of a payment liability performance covered by §§ 2-5, § 9, paragraph 1., 1. section, and section 13 on the Mission's official closing days, paid hourly rate of $ 925. increased by 100 percent per hour. For sections 2-6 applies to this payment in lieu of fees. For other services in accordance with the notice of payment payment shall be increased by 100 percent. The shipping time as the Mission's employee uses to perform a payment liability performance on the Mission's official closing days, is included in the time calculation. For issuing provisional passports or extension of Passport on the Mission's official closing days fixed fee in accordance with the provisions of article 21, paragraph 4.

(4). By the issuance of a temporary passport or renewal of passports at the Mission's official closing days paid a fee of DKK 5185 Transport time, which the representative employee uses in order to perform the service, is included in the fee. If during the same expedition is issued or extended several passports, paid a fee of $ 5185. first provisional passports or extension and hereafter DKK 950 per passport.

§ 22. Offer of cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on concrete tasks are not covered by this notice.

§ 23. Payment is settled in foreign currency, may be rounded off to the nearest whole amount, as seems natural after local conditions of banknotes and coins. Rounding shall not differ by more than 10 USD from the concrete amount calculated by the program.

§ 24. Payment for civil service matters (Chapter 1) and for other matters (Chapter 3) must in principle be paid prior to the execution of the payments service. In special cases, in addition to commercial matters (Chapter 2) requiring advance payment, partial payment, deposit or similar measures.

(2). Where payment is not paid in advance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where the payment is not paid on time, charge a fee of $ 85. from the second written request for payment of the arrears.

§ 25. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. January 2013.
