Notice on the exception of documents relating to the Investment Fund for developing countries ' business from law on open Government

Pursuant to § 3, paragraph 1, of the lov nr. 572 of 19. December 1985 on open Government and after negotiation with the Minister of Justice shall be laid down: § 1. Law on open Government do not apply to the business activity of Investment Fund for developing countries within the meaning of section 9 of the law on international development cooperation.

(2). The provisions of paragraph 1 shall apply also in relation to documents on investment fund for developing countries ' business, which is contracted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the scheme in section 9, paragraph 3, of the law on international development cooperation.

(3). The provision of paragraph 1 shall not apply to documents that are publicly available to others, including foreign, authorities.

§ 2. The notice shall enter into force on the 1. January 2013.

(2). At the same time repealed Executive Order No. 1188 from 9. October 2007 derogating of ifu's – industrialisation Fund for developing countries – business enterprise from law on open government.
