Publication of the amendment of the notice on certain flammable establishments and warehouses

§ 1

Notice no. 613 of 3. December 1982 on certain flammable establishments and warehouses, as amended by the notice No 37 of 6. February 1984 is amended as follows :

1. Section 1 (1). 1 (c) revoked.

2. Section 2 (2). 3, revoked.

3. I § 6 the words ' and 3 ` are deleted.

4. Section 7 (2). 3 ITREAS IS TO BE

" Stop. 3. Existing warehouses, where there are stacles higher than 6 m and up to 8 m above the floor, and which, according to the applicable rules, are legal, only the notices and technical regulations, as regards extensions, as well as in the case of the provisions of the provisions of the following : cases of changes in the direction and use, which are significant in relation to the notice and the technical requirements, cf. however, paragraph 1 4. "

5. Section 7 (2). 4 ITREAS IS TO BE

" Stop. 4. The people in paragraph 3. 3 mentioned warehouses listed with combustible insulation in outer walls shall last 12 months after the date of entry into force of the notice, on the external sides of the outer wall, set up visible and holding signs with the text "Burnt Isolating" so that it is for : the emergency response is clearly shown that flammable insulation has been used. The signs shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Work in the Safety Source and second form of signalling. The provision shall not apply to stocks where the combustible insulation has been used in the hollow walls and in stocks which bear the second mark of the combustion of combustible insulation into the outer walls. ` ;

§ 2.

The announcement will enter into force on the 19th. December 2012.
