Ordinance amending the Ordinance concerning certain flammable businesses and warehouses

§ 1

In executive order No. 613 3. December 1982 concerning certain flammable enterprises and Edition, as amended by Decree No. 37 of 6. February 1984, shall be amended as follows: 1. section 1, paragraph 1, point (c), shall be repealed.

2. § 2, paragraph 3, are repealed.

3. In article 6 the words ' and 3 '.

4. section 7, paragraph 3 is replaced by the following: ' (3). § 2.

The notice shall enter into force on 19 September. December 2012.
