Law on the amendment of the law on vocational education and professional education, the law of vocational training schools for higher education and the Act of Denmark's Evaluation Institute and the lifting of law on training for professional qualifications as a teacher in grade school

(Any changes due to new learning training)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the field of training and professional training, in accordance with the law of professional training and professional training, Law Order no. 882 of 8. August 2011, as amended by Section 1 of law no. 1372 of 28. December 2011 and section 4 of the law. 1373 of 28. December 2011, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 26 (1). 1, the following shall be inserted after ' ergo therapist ` : ', primary school teacher `.

2. I § 26 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. The Education Institute will reimburse the public and private schools, which make the training courses available for training in grade school, the special costs associated with the internship. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education may conclude an agreement with the KL on tariff charges for the complicity of schools. `

3. I § 31 pasted as paragraph 2 and 3 :

" Stop. 2. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education may require institutions providing training to educating teachers in primary school, to develop initiatives and to implement activities which, both at regional and national level, ensure educated teachers, relevant teaching skills in relation to the needs of primary school.

Paragraph 3. The Minister may lay down detailed rules on this. ` ;

§ 2

In the law on higher education training schools, cf. Law Order no. 849 of 8. September 2009, as amended by Section 8 of Law No 1373 of 28. December 2011, the following change is made :

1. I § 49, paragraph. 4, the words ' of section 15 (4) ; Two, in Law No 579 of 9. June 2006 on education for professional education as a teacher in elementary school.

§ 3

In the Act of Denmark's Evaluation Institute, cf. Law Order no. 1073 of 15. In September 2010, the following changes are made :

1. I Annex 1 undeleted no. 3.

Number 4 becomes the second paragraph. 3.

2. I Annex 1 undeleted no. 5 and 6.

Number 7-30 becomes the second paragraph. 4-27.

§ 4

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. June 2013.

Paragraph 2. Law No 579 of 9. June 2006 on the training for professional education as a teacher in elementary school is hereby repealed.

Paragraph 3. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education may lay down rules for students who have started training for professional qualifications as a teacher in elementary school before 1. June 2013, on the implementation of training.
