Law on the amendment of the law on environmental protection
(Amendment of the compensation system in connection with drilling)
We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.
The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :
§ 1
In the law of environmental protection, cf. Law Order no. 879 of 26. June 2010, as amended, inter alia, in section 6 of the Act of Law No, 553 of 1. June 2011 and at the latest by law no. 580 of 18. June 2012, the following changes are made :
1. I § 21 b (3) (b) 1, ' an irrigation system ` shall be replaced by ' a drilling ` ; and paragraph 2 the ' water intake place ' shall be replaced by ' the drilling `.
2. ~ 64 (c) (c) 1 and 2, ITREAS :
" Almene water supply plants pay an annual compensation of 429 kroner. per drilling for the grunt you are covered by section 21 b. Allowance shall be paid to owners of reasons on which a drilling is situated. If the property of a general water supply system is owned, the compensation shall be paid to the main part of the area surrounding the property of the water supply plant within a 25 m radius of the drilling.
Paragraph 2. The reasons for which Article 21 (b) which have been reimbursed for on-call time are not eligible for an annual compensation in accordance with paragraph 1. 1. "
3. I ~ 64 (c) (c) THREE, TWO. pkt., ' water intake facilities ` shall be replaced by ' drilling `.
4. I ~ 64 (c) (c) 3, pasted as Three. Point. :
"A demand is in effect for a 10-year term."
§ 2
Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2013.
Paragraph 2. Requirements that have been made before the entry into force of the law are treated according to the existing rules.
