Law on the amendment of the law of the municipality and region of regions

(Disposal of municipal quality contracts, as well as municipal and regional procurement strategies)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law of the local authority, cf. Law Order no. 885 of 29. In August 2012, the following changes are made :

1. § § § 62-62 c revoked.

§ 2

In the regional slop, cf. Law Order no. Nine hundred and thirty. In August 2012, the following changes are made :

1. § § 33 and 35 revoked.

§ 3

The law shall enter into force on 1. January 2013.
