Publication of the amendment of the Executive Order on the Central Enterprise Register and www.cvr.dk

§ 1

Notice no. 1491 of 15. 1 December 2009 on the Central Enterprise register and www.cvr.dk, as amended by Notice No 977 of 11. In August 2010, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

3. § 8 (3) 6, ITREAS :

" Stop. 6. Anyone can use and disseminate data received from the Central Enterprise register, with the exceptions and conditions resulting from section 19 of the Central Company register and section 10 of this notice. `

4. § 9 ITREAS :

" § 9. The Central Company register can provide information on individual entities, groups of entities, and whether all units are included in the register with the restrictions resulting from the application of the IT system of the Commercial Management System. This is stated in the Homepage's website, www.cvr.dk, how the information can be accessed and which products are provided.

Paragraph 2. Where information supplied by the Central Company register on groups of entities for private individuals, information may be communicated to the users concerned only, in accordance with Article 8.

Paragraph 3. Information from the registry is provided digitally.

Paragraph 4. For on-line access to the registry information, each user is assigned a personal, confidential passcode, and it establishes what information the person in question can access. "

5. Section 11 (1). 2 and 3, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

" Stop. 2. In the case of fee-covered services provided by the IT system of the Accordion Management System, the rates set out in Annex 1 to this notice and Annex 3 to the notification concerning the notification, registration, fee and publication etc. of the Danish Business Authority shall apply. ` ;

Paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 4. 3.

6. I Section 11 (1). 4, there will be paragraph 1. '3' : ' Law on investment associations and special associations, as well as other collective investment schemes, etc. ` ; to : ' Law on investment foundations and v. ` ;

7. Appendix 1 the text of Annex 1 to this notice shall be replaced by the following :
