1) In the case of industrial users, secure working procedures must be established, and products may be used only with the necessary personal protective equipment unless it is shown that risks may be limited to an acceptable level with other means.
2) The label and safety data sheet for an approved product shall indicate that :
(a) industrial application must be carried out within an enclosed area or on a hard and impenetrable sublayer of containment,
b) fresh-treated wood shall be stored after the treatment is stored over-covered or in a hard and impenetrable layers, and
c) any waste from products used must be collected for reuse or disposal.
