§ 1

In executive order No. 702 of 24. June 2011 on pesticides, as amended by Decree No. 188 of 22. February 2012, Decree No. 770 by 27. June 2012 and Decree No. 919 of 13. September 2012, is amended as follows: 1. The introductory part shall be replaced by the following:

The reproduction of these provisions in the Ordinance is thus entirely justified in practical terms and shall not affect the validity of the said regulations look in Denmark. '

Under section 27 shall be inserted: ' article 27 a. by sale of a plant protection product for a home user to the vendor, in order to ensure that the user knows about the dangers of, exposure to, and proper storage, handling, application and safe disposal, etc. by product, inform the user that this must: 1) read the label before use of the plant protection product, etc.., 2) use of the plant protection product according to the label's provisions and 3) follow the instructions for use of the plant protection product during and after use. '

4. section 47 is replaced by the following: ' § 47. (3). The fee must be paid no later than 31 December. January. Fees paid after this date shall bear interest in accordance with the rules of law on interest for late payment, etc.

(4). Fee rates provided for in paragraph 1 shall be adjusted annually on 1 October. January on the basis of the latest published price-and lønindeks in the Economic-Administrative guidance from the Ministry of finance. The current fee rate published on the environmental protection agency's website URwww.mst.dk. '

5. Annex 3 is replaced by the text in annex 1 to this notice.

6. Annex 6 shall be replaced by Annex 2 to this order.

section 2 of the Ordinance shall enter into force on the 21. December 2012.

section 3 Fee rates and provisions for payment in section 47 of the Ordinance on pesticides, as amended by section 1, nr. 4, in this order, apply for a permit issued or renewed after the 21. December 2012. For permissions that are granted or renewed before that date will be charged until the expiry of this licence fee at the rate specified in § 47 of Decree No. 702 of 24. June 2011 on pesticides.

(2). Regulation of fee rates as specified in section 47, paragraph 4, of the ordonnance on pesticides, as amended by section 1, nr. 4 of this order, shall be carried out for the first time the 1. January 2014.

In General for all products apply:

The review of an application for product approval are to be assessed, whether included populations who may be exposed to the product, as well as use and exposure scenarios haven't got a representative treatment in risk assessment at Community level. If this is the case, an assessment of the scenarios, which is relevant for the respective active substance and product.

The application must demonstrate that the risk can be reduced to an acceptable level, and to the extent necessary, appropriate measures are taken or specific conditions communicated to reduce the identified risks.

3) Product packaging must ensure that user exposure is reduced to an acceptable level.
