§ 1

Notice no. 702 of 24. June 2011 on control measures, as amended by publication No 2 ; 188 of 22. February 2012, announcement no. 770 of 27. June 2012 and procladition no. 919 of the 13th. September 2012, the following changes are made :

The publication shall include certain provisions of Commission Regulation No 2 ; 1451 /2007/EC of 4. The second stage of the work programme referred to in Article 16 (1) of this Regulation shall be the second stage of the work programme. 2, in Directive 98 /8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the placing on the market of biocidal products, EU Official Journal (2007). Regulation No 325, page 3, and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 1107/2009 of 21. In October 2009, on the placing of plant protection products on the market and the repeal of Council Directive 79 /117/EEC and Directive 91 /414/EEC, EU Official Journal 2009, nr. L-309, page one. According to Article 288 of the EDF Treaty, a Regulation shall apply immediately in each Member State. The rendition of these provisions in the notice shall therefore be based solely on practical considerations and shall not affect the immediate validity of the said Regulations in Denmark. ` ;

3. The following section 27 is inserted :

" § 27 a. In the case of the sale of a plant protection product to a private user, the distributor shall be required to ensure that the user is aware of dangers, exposure to and sound storage, handling, delivery and safe disposal, etc. of the product, of the product, information, the user that this should :

1) read the plant protection product label before use, etc.,

2) use the plant protection product according to its provisions ; and

3) follow the production of the plant protection product below and after use. ` ;

4. § 47 ITREAS :

" § 47. The authorisation for the negotiation of very toxic or toxic methods of control, or the control methods classified as acute toxic in categories 1, 2 or 3 or as a specific target organ toxic in category 1 (STOT SE 1), shall be required for : each sales site to which the authorisation includes, pay a fee ;

1) $1,500. per this year, where the authorisation includes very toxic methods of control or control, which is classed as acute toxic in categories 1 or 2 or as a specific target organtoxic in category 1 (STOT SE 1), or

2) 750 kroner. per this year, if the authorization alone includes toxic control measures or pesticides, which are classified as acute toxic in category 3.

Paragraph 2. Charges shall be payable on 1. January, first time on 1. January the following year after the authorisation has been granted.

Paragraph 3. The fee shall be paid no later than 31. January. Fees which are paid after this date shall be enclosed in accordance with the rules of the interest rate in late payment, etc.

Paragraph 4. The fees referred to in paragraph 1. 1 is regulated annually by the 1. On the basis of the most recent published price and salary index in the Finance-Administrative Guidance from the Ministry of Finance. The current fee rate shall be published on the Eco-Management website www.mst.dk. ` ;

5. Appendix 3 the text of Annex 1 shall be replaced by this notice.

6. Appendix 6 the text of Annex 2 to this notice.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on the 21. December 2012.

§ 3

Charges and the provisions for payment in section 47 in the notice of control measures, as drawn up in section 1, no. 4, in this notice, shall be granted or renewed on the basis of the 21. December 2012. In the case of authorisations announced or renewed prior to that date, the fee shall be charged at the rate set out in Section 47 of the notice referred to in Section 47. 702 of 24. June 2011 on control measures.

Paragraph 2. Regulation of fees as specified in Section 47 (3). 4, in the notice of control measures, as drawn up in section 1, no. 4, in this notice, shall be carried out on the first day of 1. January 2014.

The examination of an application for product approval must be assessed whether sections of the population may be exposed to the product, and the uses of applications and exposure scenarios have not received a representative treatment in the risk assessment ; Community action. If this is the case, an assessment of the scenarios relevant to the active substance and product concerned is carried out.

The application must demonstrate that the risk may be limited to an acceptable level and appropriate measures or be given special conditions or be communicated to the extent to limit the risks identified.

In the light of this, appropriate measures shall be taken or shall be given special conditions to limit the risks identified.

An application shall contain adequate residue studies which provide an opportunity to assess the risks to the consumer.
In the light of this, appropriate measures shall be taken or shall be given special conditions to limit the risks identified. For the rest, approval shall be granted on the following year of year :
