Accuretion for chief engineer officer

In accordance with section 12 (2), Paragraph 13, paragraph 13. 1, and section 15 in the law of maritime training, cf. Law Order no. 207 of 4. March 2011, as amended by law no. 478 of 30. The following may be set :

Chapter 1

The purpose of the education

§ 1. Professional undergraduates in maritime and engineering management and operation, engineering training, are intended to qualify the students at the level of management in ships and in companies in the country, responsibility for operations and maintenance of technical installations and installations and, in particular, to forego that these installations and installations are operated in optimally with the safety, operational and environmental considerations.

Chapter 2

Measure of education

§ 3. The training for the chief engineer is located at level 6 of the Danish Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning.

Paragraph 4. Skills of skills are that the engineer can

1) select and perform relevant technical calculations on the machine, process and power-engineering facilities and installations,

2) take the initiative and plan work tasks that are relevant to the professionand and collaborate with others for the performance and evaluation of the result,

3) take responsibility for operation and maintenance based on safety, operational and environmental considerations ;

4) developing solutions for operational and energy optimization of machine, process and power-engineering facilities and installations ;

5) form part of management and cooperation links with people with different educational or cultural background ;

6) comparative experience, practical skills and theoretical knowledge and disseminate the results of the professional level,

7) provide a special insight into topics, areas and problems that are relevant to the work in the professional,

8) select, assess and apply data-related data, including relevant results from research and development work in relation to concrete and complex tasks in the professional context ;

9) take responsibility for and work independently with their own learning needs and methods to develop in the professional capacity as a chief engineer officer and

10) participate actively in a democratic society, including discussing the exercise of the profession in the light of organisational and administrative frameworks and social conditions.

Paragraph 5. Students that implement the Maritimt Election, cf. Annex 2, for the purpose of the certification of seafarers, must comply with the requirements of the STCW Convention in accordance with the Maritime Management Qualification Requirements ;

1) maritime safety, first aid and work safety at sea, cf. STCW Code section ' A-VI/1, paragraphs 2.1.1.1, 2.1.1.3 and 2.1.1.4.

2) the operation of lifeboats, rafts and man-over-table boats, cf. STCW Convention Regulation VI/2, paragraph 1,

3) fire control in ships, cf. STCW Convention Regulation VI/3 and the STCW Code Section 1.VI/1, Section 2.1.1.2,

4) first aid intermediate level in accordance with STCW code ' A-VI/4, paragraph 1-3,

5) the theoretical basis for the issue of proof of basic service operations for oil, chemical and gas tankers, in accordance with the case of the issue of the issue of certificates of oil, chemical and gas. STCW Convention Regulation V/1 -1, paragraph 2.2, and Regulation V/1 -2, paragraph 2.2,

Paragraph 7. In the course of training, the student must have obtained the theoretical basis for the possibility of :

1) acquire authority as an elder install, cf. notification of authorised samples and trainees for the approval of electricity installers ;

2) acquire kedelpasserCertificates and refrigeration authority, cf. in force in the notice of working environmental vocational training ; and

3) enter into competency rates for the regulation and the testing of gas-fired installations over 135 kW, cf. the relevant executive order of professional qualifications for the accountable manager and its personnel in authorized and approved establishments.

Chapter 3

The organisation of the training

§ 5. The training shall be organised with increasing degree of difficulty and complexity through the flow and interaction between theory and practice.

Paragraph 2. New national and international knowledge and new methods relevant to machinery masters are integrated into the teaching.

Paragraph 3. Experience from practising and learning about key trends in the profession and the methods for developing the profession and performing quality and development work shall be included in the training of the training and the skills.

Paragraph 4. In the theoretical parts and trainees of education, training and learning environments must be part of educational and learning environments that develop the autonomy, cooperative, reflectiveness and ability of students, to create professional innovation.

§ 6. The institution shall be responsible for the implementation of the training in its entirety, including in the case of possible training.

§ 7. The training institution shall establish the training targets for students to meet, including requirements for the supposed tests and examinations, before practice at sea or in the country may commence. Exemptions may not be permitted from the requirements for training as referred to in Article 13 (3). 1.

§ 8. The institution of the Education Foundation must organise an appropriate range of selection courses. Maritimt elective must be provided. The electionals must complement the professional competence of the student body in areas which, for example, address the needs of industry, specialisation or study skills in relation to further training. An electoral course shall have a degree of at least 2 points in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

Chapter 4

The duration of the training

§ 9. The training is divided into professional topics and consists of

1) obligatory technical themes, corresponding to 175 ECTS points,

2) selection, equivalent to 20 ECTS points, including Maritimt elective (20 ECTS-points), cf. Annex 2,

3) interns, distributed on enterprise-spray-points corresponding to 45 ECTS points, and professionally spraying equivalent to 15 ECTS points and

4) a bachelor ' s own understudy, corresponding to 15 ECTS points.

Paragraph 2. For Annex 2, a description of the professional training subjects is indicated in the training.

Paragraph 3. For students who have finished high school education, education is set to 4.5 student years equivalent to 270 ECTS points.

Paragraph 4. Students who have completed a professional training, as listed in Annex 1, shall be exempted from workshop school and enterprise spray-made, cf. in accordance with Annex 2 and training, training is set to 3 student years equivalent to 180 ECTS-points.

Paragraph 5. The training must be completed within the time of double the normal duration, cf. paragraph 3 and 4.

Paragraph 6. The institution of the Education Institute may, where justified in particular circumstances, grant a derogation from the one in paragraph 1. 5 specified time limit.

Paragraph 7. Applied leave is accepted if it is justified in maternity, adoption, documented illness, military service, United Nations service or similar conditions.

Chapter 5

Accessing

§ 10. The education institution is recording students from training to engineer and ensuring that they meet access requirements.

§ 11. In order to be admitted to the training for chief engineer, you must either :

1) have carried out one of the following high school education,

a) the GED (stx),

b) hf (course),

c) htx,

d) hhx,

(e) Eux,

(f) access course to engineering training with mathematics, English and Danish and physics or chemistry, of which two subjects must be at least B-level and the remaining classes of at least C-level ; or

2) have completed a level of vocational training (EUD) at least level 3 of the Danish qualification framework, supplemented by mathematics, English and Danish, and in physics or chemistry, of which two subjects must be at least B level and the minimum levels of C-level.

Paragraph 2. Relevant professional experience of at least two years may, after the decision of the training institution, in the individual case based on a real competence assessment, replace the access requirement for vocational training.

Paragraph 3. In the second secondary school education, take place in accordance with Chapter 2 of the notice of the admission to vocational training and professional training (access notice) of professional training.

Chapter 6

Practik

§ 12. The training includes two trainsets, corporate sprays, and professionintuan tactics.

Paragraph 6. A written agreement shall be entered between the student and the trainee. The internsite must appoint an employee who is qualified as a guidance counselor for the student.

Paragraph 7. The training facility is incumbated to be helpful in the design of contracts and management in the context of the implementation of the practice.

Paragraph 8. Students who have carried out one of the vocational training courses referred to in Annex 1 shall be exempted from workshop school and corporate sprays, but must carry out professional trainee.

Niner. 9. Other persons who have carried out vocational training or have a relevant professional experience of at least two years may, after the decision of the training institution, based on a real competence evaluation, to be awarded to the whole or part of the relevant training ; workshop school education and enterprise-sprayed training. Sea practice

§ 13. Before the start of the sea practice, the student must have carried out appropriate training in maritime safety, first aid, work safety at sea and fire control, cf. The STCW Code is Section A-VI/1, Section 2, at least inclusive of items 2.1.1.1, 2.1.1.3 and 2.1.1.4, and have obtained proof of this.

Paragraph 2. Sea practice must take place in a seagoing commercial or fishing vessel, or a ship belonging to the Sea navy, with the propulsion machinery of 750 kW or more.

Paragraph 3. The internsite, that is to say. the shipping company shall be approved by the Management of the Higher Educational Training and Educational Support in accordance with the applicable notification for the approval of shipping companies and for traineships in ships.

Paragraph 4. Sea practice must be carried out under the guidance of a qualified engineer officer and must be carried out in accordance with one of the Higher Educational Training and Educational Support Management Board (s) approved training book.

Paragraph 5. The institution of Education must ensure the correct application of the training book in accordance with the study arrangements and to ensure the necessary follow-up in cases where the training book cannot be approved.

Country of Practice

§ 14. Practice in country must take place in a company approved by the institution of education.

Paragraph 2. In the country of practice, the educational institution must ensure that training targets are established for the student and that the achievement of these objectives shall be documented in a logbook or other suitable documentation.

Chapter 7

Study system

§ 15. The institution of the Education institution shall lay down rules and guidelines for the planning and implementation of the teaching procedure. The Study Scheme must include a description of the training institution in the organisation of training to comply with Chapter 3 of this notice, the content of Annex 2 and the requirements for theoretical training for the achievement of authorizations, including the requirements of the STCW Convention.

Paragraph 2. Moreover, in the study arrangements, detailed rules for

1) the objectives of the training,

2) the structure and structure of education, including modules, interdisciplinary elements, and ECTS-point, description of the selection subject, including training targets, according to the level of qualification,

3) the methods of training and cooperation ;

15) guidelines for the approval of the teaching of other Danish or foreign training institutions.

Paragraph 3. It must be stated in the study of the study that the institution may dispense with the rules laid down in the course of the study, which alone is set by the institution itself.

§ 16. Study schemes and significant changes will take effect at the beginning of a session of semesters.

Paragraph 3. Governing student schemes must be available on the institution's website and documented in the quality system of the educational institution.

Chapter 8

Experm and assessment

§ 17. For examination, examination, certificates, evidence, examination of the examination, merit, etc., shall be referred to the applicable notice of the test and evaluation of the marine studies (diplomas and diplomas).

Paragraph 2. At least half of the theoretical technical professional content of the training must be evaluated with the examination of the examination. All technical themes will be evaluated at the exams of selected central themes.

Paragraph 8. The studies, as well as the other theoretical technical themes, must be assessed in accordance with the target description of the profession and shall be indicated on the certificate.

Chapter 9

Qualifications of the underskills

§ 18. The sub-vices must be at an overall level of qualifications higher than the level of training for education. Qualification level means educational competence as well as substantiated theoretical, professional and professional competence.

Paragraph 2. In the first 3 employment years, new teachers shall carry out appropriate pedagogical adult teaching equivalent to 30 ECTS-points that can be achieved by a combination of theoretical teaching and follow-up on the institution of its own educational institution.

Chapter 10

Other Rules

§ 19. The decisions of the educational institutions pursuant to this notice may be submitted to the Management of the Higher Educational and Educational Support of the Committee for the purposes of the decision, cf. in force in the field of maritime training, the applicable notification of the complaints. The appeal shall be submitted to the institution of Education, which shall forward the complaint to the Higher and Educational Educational Management Board and shall be accompanied by a statement. Paragraph 2. The deadline for filing a complaint pursuant to paragraph shall be made. One is two weeks from the day the decision is notified to the complainant.

Paragraph 3. The decisions taken by the Higher Education and Education Management Board shall not be subject to higher administrative authority.

20. The governance of the Higher Education and Education and Education Support may allow the deviation of the publication as part of the trial. At the same time, the duration and reporting form shall be determined.

Chapter 11

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 21. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2013.

Appendix 2

Description of the content of machine master training

The practical technical content of mechanical training consists of two mandatory key elements : workshop school and enterprise-class education, professional training, and professional aero-class skills.

The theoretical professional content of the machine master training is comprised of interdisciplinary elements, 4 compulsory technical subjects, electoral courses and undergraduate studies.

SITE SCHOOL AND FIRST AID : 30 POINTS-POINTS

The student must, through a professional and theoretical training, obtain artisanal skills that are relevant to a machine master in such a way as to enable them to be able to use these skills as well as in planning as in the performance of machinery. and power-maintenance and repair. BUSINESS RETIRE : 45 SCORE

The entrepreneur must give the student experience with the practical application of the craft skills in a business environment. In addition, the objective is to be able to engage in a company's organization, with a focus on communication, security and cooperation.

SUBJECT : ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC MACHINES, INSTALLATIONS : 45

ECTS-POINT
