Publication of the payment of special grants to municipalities as a result of the reduction of the basic debtor's blood alcohol level

Purline of paragraph 1. 3 in text-labelling no. 121. Section 10.21.21, on Finance Bill for the 2012 financial year, shall be determined :

§ 1. The announcement shall include the grants awarded to municipalities as a result of the postponement of the basic debtor's blood contribution, as set out in the tax year 2012. paragraph 1 in text-labelling no. 121. § 10.21.2121, on Finance Bill for 2012.

§ 2. The Ministry of Economic and Interior is making the calculation of the grants to the individual local authorities. The 2012 tax returns on the basis of reports from the municipalities concerned on the size of the total reduction for tax year 2012 on the basis of the basic debt in each municipality, cf. paragraph 1 in text-labelling no. 121. § 10.21.2121, on Finance Bill for 2012. The Ministry of Economic and Interior may require further evidence from the municipalities in respect of the amounts reported.

§ 3. The Ministry of Economic and Interior is paying a preliminary compensation for compensation in March and July in 2012 to the municipalities concerned. The subsequent year will be the regulation of the subsidies paid out. After that, no further regulation will be carried out.

§ 4. The municipalities receiving subsidies shall, after the request of the Ministry of Economic and Interior, submit one of the municipalities ' s audit certificate, certifying that the calculation of the reduction in the amounts for tax year 2012 has been carried out in accordance with the following year : with the legislation of the legislation.

§ 5. The announcement will enter into force on the 27th. January 2012.
