Publication of a cashier's duty to guide the mew.

In accordance with section 65 (2), 6 and 7, and section 91 (3). 11, in the law on unemployment insurance, etc., cf. Law Order no. 838 of 4. July, 2011, as amended by law no. 912 of 13. Chapter 1

General weighing obligation

§ 1. A box shall, where necessary, provide guidance and assistance to Members who are addressing issues within the territory of a cashier.

Paragraph 2. The A box will, as far as possible, send a written communication which does not relate to the case area of a cashier, to correct a case or administration authority.

§ 2. When a Member is made available, the crate should inform the Member of the on-call obligation. The A-box should include information that a member is required to be made available to the labour market,

1) enrolling in the job center from 1. free day,

2) create an appropriate and full resume / CV in the Job net within 3 weeks,

3) be a work seeker from 1. free day, including when the member particips in tender,

4) be referred to reasonably work on the day ' s notice of 1. free day,

5) maintain contact with and meeting for conversations at the job center, a box and other player through the entire leprose process, and

6) participate in quotes, in accordance with the law on active employment.

Paragraph 2. The A-box shall inform the obligation to go to the job at least once every 7. today as part of the job search and to verify the work search. Paragraph 3. The A-box shall inform the Member of

1) 3-month-deadline to submit service cards,

Instructions

§ 9. Paragraph 2. The A-box is going to the wire.

Paragraph 4. The A-box will have to guide a member on the rights and obligations of the Member when the Member has received an offer or a job plan.

Paragraph 5. The A-box will guide a Member who is 60 years old, that the member, after a summary of six months of manhood, has a right and a duty to accept the offer, in accordance with the law of active employment.

§ 10. The call for a call in a box in accordance with sections 8 and § 9 shall be made in writing and in person. If a member is prevented from coming to the interview, then the case must, as soon as possible, call in writing and personally to call the member into a new conversation. Less intensive work

§ 11. If a member is subject to less intensive work for certain persons groups, cf. the publication of the active employment action, the law on active employment, and the law on sickness benefits, the case must not hold a resume / CV in accordance with the rules governing the active employment action and the management of active employment. § 8, with the member in the a box, unless the Member request it. Paragraph 2. The A-case doesn't have to hold a roadside conversation, cf. section 9, with the member in the a box, unless the Member is requested to do so. Chapter 3

Concrete guidance obligations

Activation or training for free members less than 30 years

§ 14. Education

§ 21. Part-time insurance

Paragraph 2. When a case becomes aware that a member wants to switch to part-time insurance, the a case must weigh on the consequences of a shift of insurance status if the member is later looking for benefits or post-wage.

Social pension

-23. § 25. § 29. § 34. The A-box shall keep information and information, cf. ~ § 32 and 33.

Chapter 5

Entry into force

§ 36. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. -February 2012. 1)
