Publication of the amendment of direct aid to farmers under the single payment scheme

§ 1

Notice no. 29 of 18. In January 2012, direct aid to farmers under the single payment scheme is hereby amended as follows :

1. I headline before section 13 is inserted after the ' Base value of payment entitlements ` : ` and a reduction of the bovine supplements ' ;

2. I § 13 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. In 2005, Kattle Attachments assigned to it shall be reduced by a total of 56,25%. Shared with equal shares in the period 2009-2012. The amount of the resulting amount shall be used for the balance of the basic value for the general payment entitlements, cf. square two. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. -February 2012.
