Law on the amendment of the Law of the Church of the Church and the Law of the Church of the Church
(Extending the number of candidates, amendment of the deadline for the submission of a special deputy list and the period of appeal to the Minister and the Church of the Church of the Church of the Church of the Church and the establishment of a standing committee, when the parishionous Council manns more than one churches)
We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.
The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :
§ 1
In the law of choice for the parishionals, cf. Law Order no. 80 of 2. In February 2009, the following changes are made :
1. § 12, paragraph 1. 3, 3. pkt., ITREAS :
"A candidate list can contain twice as many names as the number of members to select."
2. I § 16 ' 2 days after ' shall be replaced by ' 1 week before '.
3. § 30, 2. pkt., ITREAS :
' The decision of the bishop may, within one month after the decision has been notified to the complainant, shall be submitted to the Minister for Gender Equality and the Church of the Election Management Board and the complainant. ` ;
§ 2
In the law of the parishionus, cf. Law Order no. 584 of 31. In May 2010, the following changes are made :
1. I ~ 10 (1)) 1, pasted as Act 4. :
"In parish with several churches, a churchyard can be chosen for each of the churches."
2. I § 17, paragraph 1. 1, is inserted after 1. Act. as a new sentence :
"If a parish council mances several churches, a standing committee may be set up for each of the churches."
§ 3
Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. March 2012.
Paragraph 2. Section 1 of the law. 3, on election complaints, will have an impact on the congregation of the 2012 congregation.
§ 4
The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
