Law on the amendment of the Penal Code

(Implementation of revised annexes to the Council of Europe Convention on the Prevention of Terrorism)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the penal code, cf. Law Order no. 1062 of 17. November 2011, as amended by section 22 of Act No 112 of 3. February 2012, the following changes are made :

1. I § 114 a the ' no. One-six-to-one. ONE-SEVEN.

2. I § 114 a, nr. 4, in the words ' 26 October 1979 ` shall be replaced by ' 3 March 1980 ` ;

3. I § 114 a pasted as no. 7 :

" 7) The transfer of section 192 b, section 260 or § 266, when the action is covered by Article 2 of the International Convention of 13. 'April 2005' to the fight against nuclear terrorism. '

§ 2

The law shall enter into force on 1. March 2012.

§ 3

The law does not apply to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
